Death Battle Predictions: Among Us VS Fall Guys

“To be successful you have to be lucky, or a little mad, or very talented, or find yourself in a rapid growth field.” — Rowan Atkinson

Impostors, the shapeshifting murderers from Among Us.

Fall Guys, the competition loving beans from Fall Guys.

Everyone loves a good party game, whether it’s reaching the goal first or just messing around with others. But when all doors were closed, these two indie gems stuck their bean-shaped heads out to remind us of why party games will never die. One, a multi-course race to determine the bearer of the crown, and another, a deadly case to unravel while dangling under an alien's fingertips.

While they've crossed over before, it's time to ready up and figure out this special Indie debate. Will Innersloth's aliens in disguise sabotage and eliminate the Fall Guys among them? Or will Mediatonic's crowned competitors qualify and eject the Impostors?

No matter the fingers pointed or obstacles in the way, today we'll find out who will win a DEATH BATTLE!

Before We Start…

Content for both is… fairly complicated, to put it lightly. Starting off, the base games for both (plus Among Us VR), their mangas (yeah, both have them), and appropriate promotional material such as trailers and animatics will be considered. Twitter specifically though is another story, as while it provides information on both verses, there’s also many posts that clearly go into joke territory. It will still be used for supporting details on what both are capable of or official artwork for the games, but only to a reasonable degree that fits the scope of both. So sadly, you won’t be seeing the Sus disk or the time a Fall Guy broke reality by stretching really far here. Interviews will also be considered, but with a similar outlook on considering which answers were meant to be a silly joke or a serious answer.

Now just the base games aren’t all to talk about here. Both Among Us and Fall Guys are pretty well known for having many crossovers with various IPs, to the point where it’s difficult to ignore them for versus considering they add quite a bit to talk about for both. However at the same time, this does partly risk diverting from the characters used for the match due to the quantity of items, abilities and scaling essentially overhauling everything.

After inner discussions with the blog’s members, we’ve decided to make a compromise in how we’ll structure things. We’ll be factoring in crossovers when talking about the characters’ kits and feats, but when talking about verdicts we’ll separate discussion on base game and crossovers for all categories.

Background

The Impostor

“DON’T MAKE FUN OF MY FRIED EGG!”

Nobody quite knows how they came to be, but these aliens live for one reason and one reason alone, to survive. Working, traveling the cosmos, inhabiting Islands, stabbing others to death, snapping necks, shooting them to death, ok this is getting kinda dark, but you get the idea. They’re willing to do whatever it takes if it means survival. As for the other side, there’s an Impostor Among Us, so let’s try to survive ourselves.

The Fall Guys

“Woo!”

Competition. Victory. Glory. All aspects of human nature that are eternally sought after. It is the idea of sport after all, but for the inhabitants of the planet Blunderdome, these desires are everything. The Fall Guy species dedicates their lives to competing against each other in challenges like races to the finish, chasing after the local Pegwins, and avoiding massive rhinos. The winner is granted the almighty Crown for the entire universe to see their success. And they are very willing to show their happiness to them. One would think being born for the sole purpose of competing every night and every day would be lonely and tiring….but no! These Beans are actually very content with and passionate about their predicament, as well as having a strong cosplay community.

Experience & Skill

The Impostor

The Impostors have earned their name in more ways than just one. Even prior to them starting their schemes, Impostors successfully were able to sneak on board whatever ship the unfortunate Crewmates arrived on and pose as members without knowing better. This extends to when they start their killings, as they’re incredibly good at deceiving the crew and remaining undetected until it's too late. This is especially impressive considering these crewmates are competent enough to perform various duties to maintain their properties, ranging from headquarters, outposts, their own ships, and even their own shelter made when stranded.

While not showing training, Impostors have shown impressive skill during their schemes. They’ve shown some degree of martial arts skill, like swiftly killing Crewmates with a roundhouse kick, propelling themselves to kick back with both feet, or a simple two punch combo. And while they like picking off crewmates alone, Impostors are skilled enough to kill multiple crewmates simultaneously from promotional material.

Impostors are also very competent at stealth, as they’re able to quickly navigate through complex ventilation systems without making even a sound. An Impostor was even capable of quickly running up to and killing a Crewmate from behind without a sign of his presence.

The Fall Guys

The Fall Guys are quite an impressive species for various reasons. They spend quite literally 24/7 racing through dangerous obstacles and environments to compete for crowns. In Spite of their occasional clumsy nature, they are shown to be extremely athletic and capable when it comes down to it. Many show to be able to weave around swinging Axes, Hammers, and Rhinos. While also being able to jump dozens of feet in the air, and swing around as efficiently as Spider-Man.

While Fall Guys much prefer to race through obstacles, they have shown to be able to fight with chicken staffs, blast balls, and even implied to know some martial arts such as showing the ability to perform the Shoryuken, Tatsumaki Senpukyaku and the Hadouken. They have shown they can have quite a level of competence with weaponry, able to do things. A peak Fall Guy would also have a great amount of experience to their name, as their species has shown to have at least a lifespan of over 2000 years. This is spent doing non stop competing in both physical courses, and occasionally combat with each other.

(Crossover) Bombs

The most common and iconic means of attack of the Bombers, in fact, that's where their names come from!

Bombs are summoned by the Bomberman at will, being infinite, only limited by the amount of Bombs the player can place on the screen and battlefield, so you don't need to carry them with you all the time or store them somewhere, they won't run out either, just think of a bomb and you'll have one.

They can be upgraded with Power-Ups, but normal bombs have different abilities beyond exploding, such as disintegrating enemies into dust, growing large enough to plug a volcano or simply becoming larger than the user, they also increase in power and size over time and when Bombermen hold them for a long time.

The bombs can also destroy and damage non-physical and abstract beings, from the most basic such as ghosts, to more complex beings such as the Angel of Light and Darkness, a being formed from two sides: Mihaele and Sthertoth, who represent the concepts of light and darkness, holy and unholy, a darkness that governs reality and precedes the universe.

Abilities

The Impostor

Shapeshifter Physiology

Like every science fiction horror movie with sussy bakas, the true form of the Impostor is that of a parasitic shapeshifter, taking the form of a crew member until it’s time to start killing. For their basic attributes, Impostors are naturally much stronger and faster than your regular Crewmates, being able to snap necks with ease and end their lives before they can even fight back. Impostors also come with incredible vision, being able to see further than crewmates normally and can see just fine while the lights are turned off from an electrical sabotage, even quickly killing three crewmates while the room is pitch black. Both Crewmates and Impostors can also see with their visors covered, albeit it can be argued as cosmetic. Oxygen isn’t needed for them either, given they can survive just fine in space and are the only survivors should an O2 sabotage run out on maps with it.

While that’s all cool, their true terror lies within their body manipulation capabilities. Underneath their disguise, Impostors hide a monstrous mouth and tongue (which will be talked about shortly). With this, Impostors can easily chew Crewmates in two or even grow them from other parts of their body thanks to their shape shifting capabilities. Speaking of which, while the Impostors are 3 feet and 6 inches normally, they can extend their size via their shapeshifting. In reality, Impostors are taller than Crewmates normally, can increase their height to tower over them, and the Twitter account implies they could be far larger. The trailer for the Among Us Animated Series provides potentially even crazier capabilities, with Impostors taking a form with many tendrils that can destroy cameras, overwhelm their prey and just tower over Crewmates in size.

And lastly, while not exclusive to Impostors, characters in Among Us also come with a detached pair of hands for various tasks across the ship. Their size is almost as big as their heads (I hate this tweet so much) and can reach fairly far.

Self-Instant Death

In the Among Us manga, Delinquent was able to off himself instantly after he felt it was all too much to take in after ruining his hair. (mood)

Elascity

Aside from shapeshifting, Impostors can also stretch their body incredibly far to use their own heads as weapons. They extend far and quick enough to split Crewmates in two, or just punt them away if they feel like it.

Venting

Impostors are also known for channeling their inner John McClane, utilizing vents to make quick and silent movement across maps. This goes beyond just typical air vents however and includes holes in the ground on Polus and a plant based system when in the Fungle. Unlike the Engineer Crewmate who needs to exit them after a period of time, the Impostor can remain in them as long as they desire, or at least until someone needs to clean the vents and pulls them out.

Sabotaging

Sabotages are a special ability an Impostor can do to mess with the Crewmates. This usually comes in the form of manipulating the technology around them like closing doors, shutting down electricity, disabling outside communications (which also disables role abilities for crewmates during it) and even causing reactor meltdowns. This seems to be an innate ability the Impostors have and not something specifically linked to the Crewmate’s locations. For example, Impostors can seemingly turn off the lights when revealing themselves or crash security cameras upon contact. They even seem to have a minor degree of control over fungi for this purpose, as on the Fungle map Impostors can block doors by calling mushrooms to block it, or with the Mushroom Mixup sabotage cause all players’ appearances to be swapped with others in the game. As well, they can prevent Crewmates from using their Guardian Angel ability by messing with communications… don’t ask me how. It makes no sense.

Seek

An ability the Impostor gains in the Hide and Seek gamemode. Seek provides the Impostor with a layout of the map that functions similarly to the Admin table, where the Impostor can see who is in what room at all times. They’re also given an occasional pulse for every Crewmate alive that points in their direction.

Laser

As the image above suggests, the Impostor can fire a laser beam from its eyeballs to disintegrate its prey, similar to a certain Right Hand Man.

Prehensile Tongue

One of the Impostor’s favorite ways of killing is the use of its movable tongue. By opening up a hidden mouth, they’re able to stab unsuspecting victims with a razor sharp tasting tool. These tongues can reach far enough to kill someone almost a stage distance away or even in another room while also dragging corpses. They can also be used to lift objects.

Role Abilities

Shapeshifting

Impostors wouldn’t be that good at being what they are without doing some impersonating. Impostors have the ability to change their form as they please. They can turn into anybody in the vicinity for a short time, even those with cybernetics. Outside of gameplay, Impostors can consume and turn into their target right away if people are none the wiser. He could be you. He could be me. He could even be-

Invisibility

Like all good spies, some Impostors have the capability to turn themselves invisible, temporarily hiding themselves from sight to help facilitate a stealthy getaway or infiltration.

This does have some notable downsides however; as the Phantom is unable to actually murder whilst invisible and they make a notable puff of smoke that matches their coloration whenever they Vanish and Appear. Alongside this they remain detectable by Admin systems the entire time they are invisible.

Guardian Angel

As the name suggests, the Guardian Angel status is given to Crewmates that die on the job. Upon death, they’re granted the “Protect” ability. This allows them to cast a protective shield over a Crewmate of their choice for a limited time. Upon being hit, this shield will crack and disappear. While it does protect from any of The Impostor’s attacks, things like the reactor explosion and the ship crashing still will kill them, showing the shield does have a limit to what it can protect them from. They may also “Haunt” any target of their choice. This causes them to trail behind anyone they wish and watch all of their movements.

Noisemaker

The Noisemaker, upon death, creates a loud noise that alerts everybody in the area of the location of the corpse, perfect for helping catch a culprit at the scene of the crime.

Tracking

The Tracker has the ability to plant a tracking device on anybody of their choosing. With it, they can track their location in the area for a limited time, even if they were to be invisible. There are ways around this however, such as being in disguise when the tracker is placed.

Scientist

The Scientist role has the Crewmates carry a portable vitals monitor that allows them to view the vitals interface from anywhere on the map, essentially allowing them to know who has died in the game.

Wrangler

The Wrangler is a special role that replaced the Impostor / Seeker during April Fools 2022 and 2023. They come with a lasso, which they use to quickly wrangle the runaway horses. Yee haw partner.

Deputy

Originating from a special event in Among Us VR (January 28, 2025), and as if Among Us couldn’t get more western! They as well come with a lasso however the catch is that the bean lassoes a suspect for ejection. Dropping them to their demise.. this game ain’t bean enough for the both of us, partner.

Teleportation (Crossover)

They can seemingly teleport on their own, or create vents to different locations.

Spawning (Crossover)

They have shown to be able to spawn items such as terminals and vents. Vents can be placed in multiple spots to travel to each other, and even fire projectiles through them.

Resurrection (Crossover)

They have shown if killed, they can resurrect up to nine times.

Mutation (Crossover)

Crewmates can mutate into Impostors and back into Crewmates.

Technology Manipulation (Crossover)

They can turn off all the lights around the area as The Impostor.

Gravity Manipulation (Crossover)

After a slash, they can float around the air, affecting only their own gravity.

Resistances

Extreme Temperatures/cosmic radiations: Able to walk around the Polus map, which is known for its cold temperatures that can reach up to -40 degrees Celsius. Can also survive being launched into outer space with no issue. They can wear costumes that are likely made of ice. Also is resistant enough to briefly re-emerge from lava with no visible damage

Heat: As mentioned above, Crewmates and Impostors can briefly emerge from lava without visible injuries, can wear lava rock suits, can wear a small amount of it on their visor, and can walk around fungal which gets as hot as 315 degrees Celsius. The horse is also unbothered being set on fire upon re-entry.

Explosions/Radiation: Creators said they could be resilient enough to survive the reactor meltdown.

The Fall Guys

Fall Guys’ Physiology

Fall Guys have a cute and marketable design that is undoubtedly extremely durable. While how they look on the inside has been joked about a lot, they have been shown to be extremely enduring to all kinds of punishments. They can take dips in lava, stated not to feel cold, which is backed up through them wandering in snow or being frozen solid and being fine, live thousands of years, endure being hit around by giant obstacles or giant axes and survive, be hit by blue fires unphased, lasers bounce off them, half their body can be chopped off, or melted into goop and are fine, and are able to survive in space. They show a large variety in abilities and skills such as creating advanced technology, using super powers like flight, creating stars, using magic, glitch up reality, and much more. Despite the clumsy nature of a bean in game, they show to actually be very athletic as a species. They can run at very quick speeds, double jump in the air, swing around jungles or cities, roll balls off their shoulders and jump dozens of feet through the air, swing across Trapeze, move like a monkey through trees, slide around ice even on small platforms, break dance, and more. Them being so clumsy most comes from the rubber physics of the game, and is often over exaggerated in gameplay. This physiology also gives them incredibly high stamina, as Fall Guys only live to compete, they spend their time competing 24/7 without rest, probably not even conscious if it is not to get the crown.

(Crossover) Bomberman Physiology

“You aren't just ordinary robotic lifeforms. You were created from the body of the Prototype Bomber, a legendary Bomberman who possessed unlimited expandability.”

Not only do they have their competitive physiology, but they as well have a Bomberman physiology. It all starts with a Bean Bomber, the Bomberman from Planet Blunderdome. Kinning the normal Fall Guy, their destined competitive trait remains there.

Bombermans are a race of robots created from the body of Bomberman Prototype, the first Bomberman in existence, who expanded to create this species with his body. They have the ability to summon Bombs out of thin air and without the need to have them beforehand or carry them with them all the time, making them practically infinite and can be upgraded with power ups to give them special powers.

Bombermans have other physiological properties, such as life after death, as when a Bomberman dies, his ghost can continue fighting, damaging enemies, however, they cannot ignite bombs, but they can possess the other players and revive for the next game, as well as return to the battlefield if they are sent away. This is something that all Bombermen have, as ghost Bombers can be seen and fought in Bomberman Hero. They are also incredibly tough, tough enough to resist black holes and get out of reach, resist electricity, resist extreme cold, resist extreme heat, resist water pressures (and don't need to breathe) and resist their own bombs.

Thanks to being made with the body and power of the same Bomberman, all the Bomberman share all their powers, since they all have this power hidden in their interiors, this means that Bean Bomber has all the haxes of the verse???? Well, yes and no, because although he has them, he doesn't know how to use them and doesn't know this, the Bomberman brothers and any playable character in Super Bomberman R is able to use the Memory cartridges, which contain the memories of other robotic life forms, learning to use the powers of other Bombermans. Unfortunately, these are only found in the Grand Prix Battle Mode of Super Bomberman R, a game where Bean Bomber is not in, so he does not know all of these powers.

However, other Bomberman powers do not require knowledge of Memory cartridges and Bean Bomber possesses them, so they can be used in the discussion.

Teleportation

They have shown a variety of means of teleportation, and seemingly teleport whenever falling off cliffs into slime. (See Before The Verdict)

Immortality

Fall Guys have shown a variety of immortality. They can continue on when their top half has been destroyed, melted into goo, and are able to live for thousands of years without issues. Creators have confirmed that Fall Guys can’t die.

Possible Regeneration

Fall Guys can heal from having their top body completely destroyed after a game.

Fourth Wall Awareness/Immersion

Fall Guys have been shown to be games in our world very consistently, and yet have been shown to be in, or freely enter the real world by jumping out of the screen. They also have reached through bubbles and other screens to grab things.

Non-Physical Interaction

You think the competitive trait will end with a normal fight? Think again because the Fall Guys have been shown to interact with ghosts and hold light constructs.

Flight

Fall Guys have shown the ability to fly in the air, through many different ways. Pretending you have heat vision to make an impression as a ghost or MechaGodzilla, it can fly!

Hacking

They have shown to fiddle with machines and connect it to their tablets.

Hammerspace/Clothing Manipulation

The Fall Guy has shown to pull out many items out of nowhere along with transforming for victory. Ready to take the crown.

Elasticity

They have been shown to stretch their bodies like Elastigirl, deform their body when glitching, and become a Long Guy.

Super Speed

Fall Guys can possess such high speed, they can run on air.

Invisibility

Fall Guys can camouflage into the background to become invisible

Magic

The Fall Guys have dabbled in the mystic arts. From levitation, transmutation, or creation. A large amount of their powers have been shown to be magical in nature.

Gravity Manipulation

They can use magic to remove gravity, or affect their own personal gravity and fly.

Destruction/Wishing

The Fall Guys’ wand could destroy its wings, the name and reference implying its done through wishing.

Forcefield Creation/Levitation

They show they can levitate and make forcefields similar to Violet from The Incredibles.

Ice Manipulation

Fall Guys can create waves of ice to slide over like Frozone.

Soundwave Generation

They can generate sound waves by roaring.

Size Manipulation

Fall Guys can become big enough to tower over other fallguys and arenas, or smaller than a regular Fall Guys hand.

Portal Creation

They have created portals that have pulled Fall Guys watching TV inside and to travel through as well. They also have machines to use that can create wormholes.

BFR

Fall Guys’ Creative Tablet and Phones can pull others inside them. The phone in particular was able to affect a whole room of Fall Guys.

Glitching

They seem to glitch up reality, causing them to appear in multiple places, frozen in air, jumping through time by bits, and many common glitches that happen in games. But like… canon. It does show to affect other people other than themselves.

Item Creation

They have shown the ability to create objects and shoot them like projectiles.

Transmutation

Fall Guys seemingly have turned other humans into Fall Guys just by looking at them, and can change other items using magic.

Electricity Manipulation

They have shown a large variety of ways to manipulate lightning such as with He-Man's sword.

Light Manipulation

Fall Guys have shown to be able to create light constructs, and possibly create or connect an entire constellation.

Hadoken

A technique that Ryu from the Street Fighter franchise is famously known for, what this allows the Fall Guys to do is to create an energy projectile through their willpower to harm their target.

Bending Arts

The Fall Guy is able to harness the power of the Avatar and use the four elements (Earth, Fire, Air and Water.) They seem to have fire nailed down but the others need improvement to say the least. They also can move bricks.

Web Creation

Can shoot webs to swing around like Spider-Man.

Shapeshifting

Thanks to Lord Shadow himself, the Bean can transform into a bat for flight.

Creation (Crossover)

Fall Guys have access to Fortnite Build Mode, letting them create massive structures of wood, brick, or metal. (Hell naw why is the Fall Guy cranking 90s…)

Resistances

Cosmic Radiations/Extreme Cold: The Fall Guys have been stated never to feel cold, and have shown to be in snowy environments or space with little effect, and were fine after being frozen solid. They can also take hits from creatures who can freeze volcanoes.

Extreme Heat: Have taken dips in lava and are shown to be fine, and held a meteor that was on fire, as well, is not bothered by Thrusters, which are called flames, which are white and blue. Blue fire which gets up to 1600 degrees celsius. Meteors as well get as hot as 1649 celsius. Creators confirmed as well lasers bounce off their bodies, and they show to be unphased when hit by them.

Gravity: Fall Guys have briefly resisted the pull of a black hole. They are also completely fine in environments with increased gravity.

Electricity: Fall Guys can be shocked by Thor's hammer and are relatively ok.

(Crossover) Soul: They can take attacks from creatures who affect the soul.

(Crossover) Poison: They can take hits from ducks with poisons described as lethal.

(Crossover) Transmutation/Assimilation: They can resist attacks from Giant Beavers, who can transform or assimilate people.

Forms

The Impostor

Horse

Peter, the horse is here. With a zipper too! Team Among Us takes the form of a 4 legged animal.. a horse, it allows them to summon “party hats” on top of their head to somehow throw them; additionally it grants the passive ability of starting with 20+ speed boost for movement speed. When it’s time to head back, they can head back to earth. Mini Horses offer great morality support and might infect people with its relentless happiness. Just might.

Spider

It’s spooky in the neighborhood, they can become a spider! An arachnid ready to jump at its food!

The Sussy Ghost

Upon dying, Crewmates and Impostors become ghostly entities. They can phase through objects like a real ghost, aren’t visible to the human eye, and Impostors can even still mess with technology, though in this state they cannot attack directly. In crossovers, they can still use certain abilities like The Pentagram or Blood Astronomia to work around this downside however.

Werewolf

As a part of the Critical Role collaboration, should an Impostor have all of Chetney’s items equipped, they transform into a large werewolf that quickly lunges forward to tear apart their prey - Respect the Alpha.

The Fall Guys

Pac-Man

The bean celebrates by jumping into the air in joy before harnessing the power of the Power Pellet to transform into Pac-Man himself allowing them to consume ghosts. A delicious victory snack suited for a king!

Venom Symbiote

HAHAHAHAHAH! WE ARE FALL GUYS! Let there be carnage or one last dance; nonetheless the Fall Guy is taken under control of the symbiote, granting them a killer instinct and awesome tendrils/webbing to pull their snack in… anyone noticing the trend with these Guys?! Like most iterations, the symbiote should have a weakness towards fire and sound.

Skinny Guy

A Fall Guy, but they lost all that weight. They are super skinny and deflated like a balloon with no air.

Slime Guy

The Fall Guy is supposedly made of slime and can embrace that with this form, which can attach objects to its squishy body.

Support

The Impostor

Pets

Everyone needs their own best friend which is why these small companions are here for our crewmates/sussy impostors. Accompanying them through the game.. even witnessing their deaths. These pets aren’t ordinary pets, they can be animals, vehicles, aliens, items, or stick figures! They seem to lose all motivation to do… Anything after their buddy dies. Opting to sit at the place where their best friend died. Poor thing.

Fall Guys

(Crossover) Louies

Louies are a species from the Bomberman universe, kangaroo-like animals with different special abilities. In Bomberman R 2, the Louies can be used by all playable characters when collecting an egg, and if it dies, it will reappear when another egg is used. Unfortunately, the only usable Louie in Super Bomberman R 2 is the green one, so the other Louies will not be used for Fall Guys.

The Green Louie has the common ability to run much faster than the Bomberman, both in a straight line and in different directions and can even be used as a car, and has other abilities such as jumping far away, disintegrating enemies or blowing them up by jumping on them, and it's allow dash.

Scaling

Note that these will only be factored into when discussing this matchup with crossovers, as there’s no feats for either to scale to in the base games.

The Impostor

Vampire Survivors

The Among Us cast are playable characters in the game Vampire Survivors, alongside a host of other characters. This game gives them access to powerful abilities, used to fight equally powerful beings. As such, the Impostors (and crewmates) should directly scale to the abilities and enemies from the game, on account of them being the ones to use said abilities and fight said enemies in the first place.

The Fall Guys

Bomberman

In the game Super Bomberman R 2, one of the playable characters is a Fall Guy, who according to his description, is a bomberman from the planet Blunderdome, he is a Fall Guy and a Bomberman at the same time, and of course, he can keep in combat with the 8 bomber brothers and other Bomberman characters, damaging them and resisting their attacks.

Of course, this is not all, due to Bomberman's physiology, the Bombers are naturally comparable to each other; they are all made based on Bomberman Prototype, who created them with his own body, this makes them all have an incredible power inside, and share stats and abilities, although the Bomberman require Memory cartridges to know how to use these powers, the stats are something shared between the Bombermen.

Bosses & Enemies

Fortnite

The Pink Beans' travels lead them into the world of Fortnite. How much they scale, if at all to the base game is quite debatable, however they do have their own modes which gives them access to equipment and modes. Many of these modes are similar to the base Fallguy games with extra items or power ups. What they are capable of, or could scale to would include:

Final Fantasy

During the Bean’s escapades in the realm of Eorzea, the beans can be attained as a minion as shown above, and put against any other minion in the game in the Lord of Verminion game mode. These minions can range from machine replicas of characters from the story, warmachina, spirits, and so on. Of note, one may consider the size of the bean to be odd, given it looks to be about a foot or two tall, but this can be easily explained with a very, VERY brief FFXIV cosmology lesson.

In FFXIV, the universe eons ago was sundered into 14 parts; the source and 13 reflections, leading to people becoming fragmented versions of themselves. As seen when going to places like Amaurot; a recreation of the ancient capital prior to its sundering, and Elpis; a research testing facility for concepts, we see that ancients are drastically taller than their modern counterparts, because the sundering has reduced their entire being. As of the current events of the game, seven of those reflection universes have been destroyed and merged back into the Source, giving an explanation on how the beans could be their canonical height, while being in a place where the average Lalafell towers over them.

It should be noted that the game mode Lord of Verminion is played through a console in the Gold Saucer, but the physical attributes of these Minions have multiple reasons to actually still be the ones engaging in battle through Lord of Verminion. For one, there are several attractions at the Gold Saucer, and some, such as the Chocobo Races, and the Leap of Faith events, are in large scale recreations of several in-game locations that are far too large to fit inside the building, and as we can see in those locations, the events don’t actually take place there. This leaves Mini-Spells, a method used for things like ships to make the load lighter. Alternatively, if it were a digital space, there are three separate instances of people being put into digital spaces and fighting at full capacity, such as the Nier Raids, Omicron Dungeon Stigma Dreamscape, and the Alexandria dungeon. The minions used in the mode as well, are some that the Gold Saucer itself could not possibly have programmed into the game by any real means. Wind-Up Minions that are mechanical recreations of characters? Sure, those are commissioned through the Goldsmith Guild, of which Godbert Manderville is the owner of that, and the Gold Saucer. But some of these Minions are living creatures from alternate universes, time periods before the current universe, state-of the art technology from other nations, or literal spirits from across the world. As such, there is rationale for the minions interfacing with one another, and the breakdown of the game mode specifically says that it has you fight with your minions, so it is still them.

Other Minions of note that the Fallguy can defeat (Out of the 530 of them):

  • Anima: A conglomerate of Aether (Soul energy) that the Warrior of Light built up fighting exceptionally powerful entities such as the high rung voidsent Diabolos Hollow, a being even stronger than the Cloud of Darkness after he had absorbed the Voidsent Queen Scathach. The Cloud of Darkness was going to destroy the source by merging it into the Void. (Another feat worth 1.989 quadrillion times Universal for the same extremely large universe.)

  • Baby Bun: A walking mushroom person whose spores can control someone’s soul, leaving them a mindless thrall. The Fallguy can take these spores with some damage and lowered defense.

  • Bitty Duckbill: A duck-billed platypus that attacks with poison stated to be lethal, if not exceptionally painful.

  • Black Kitten: A doll recreation of a pro-wrestler, but notably made out of Electrope, a material capable of creating entire cityscapes, people, consciousnesses, and much more. While an exaggeration, likely, a master user of Electrope stated there is no limit to Electrope’s potential.

  • Blizzaria: A yokai that is stated to be able to freeze volcanoes. Would you like some Yokai Watch crossover inside of your Fall Guys and Final Fantasy crossover?

  • Butterfly Effect: A pair of butterflies that are an illusion, but the Bean still has no issues with giving it a hearty joyful bonk.

  • Enkidu: A chicken that warded off Gilgamesh from eating it, so he painted it green and adopted it as a pet for its battle tenacity.

  • Faustlet: A machine made for the Goblin Illuminati to test their weapons on. Why they gave it sentience when blasting it with landscape altering missiles, is anyone’s guess. Their weapons shattered the mountainous area of Brayflox Longstop, and served to fight alongside the Primal Alexander.

  • Findingway: A Loporrit created by the Goddess Hydaelyn to shepherd the people of the world to safety should the planet have an apocalypse bigger than the usual ones. Loporrits have magic capable of maintaining barriers that can fend off Voidsent capable of tearing down the walls between dimensions.

  • Giant Beaver: An eldritch monstrosity that assimilates and transforms people and fae that encounter it, making them into other Giant Beavers that just wish to spread, like a bitey, squealing zombie virus. Attempts to research them have led to… Bad results.

  • Gigi: A robotic minion who has the secrets of temporal magic, and is able to warp reality to return things not necessarily to how they were, but how Gigi believed them to be.

  • Kidragora: A goofy little plant that can let out screams capable of shattering glass over a malm away. FFXIV talk for Miles.

  • Optimus Omicron: A smaller version of the mechanical Omicron race, but stated to be fully featured, and at maximum performance in comparison to the larger models. The Omicron replaced all of their bodies with machinery to become the strongest race in the universe, responsible for genociding all dragons but one, and Omega is an Omicron entity. This race became so powerful that the leader of the Omicron feared that one day they’d have nothing left to overcome, and drove his people extinct through a lack of any further commands, as opposed to a fate of having no reason to evolve their technology.

  • Palico: A funny lil cat dude from Monster Hunter. Stated to have fought by the Warrior of Light’s side against a Rathalos.

  • Shiromaru: A combat trained ninja dog with the secrets of ninjutsu techniques for parting people from their treats. Has a knife.

  • The Great Serpent of Ronka: A divinity of great but somewhat unclear power. They have shown to have clairvoyant abilities, knowledge of hidden places and what lays within them, and can emit a glow that imbues inanimate objects with energy. Comes in Miner and Cowboy variants.

  • The Cornservant: A harvest spirit that tries to ensure nobody goes hungry, who has lived for centuries, if not millenia. With its questline showing that it’s invisible and unable to interact with people besides the Warrior of Light, who has interacted with intangible and invisible entities in the past.

  • Tiny Troll: A little troll that fell into the Aetherial sea, or the Lifestream. This is… Kinda a big deal, as entering the lifestream should destroy one’s soul and suffuse it into the stream.

  • Wee Ea: A fragment of an Ea, which are a semi-extinct race of beings who found a way to stop having any physical form and exist as a non-corporeal entity, so that they’d live forever. Too bad they were too smart, and realized that the heat death of the universe would end them anyway, so they as a species gave up and started trying to find ways to get physical forms back so they could kill themselves as opposed to living in a heat-death’d universe. Oof.

  • Wind-Up Cursor: Literally the “Hand of Fate”, being the floating gloved hand that picks menu items, and said to be what controls everything from a dimension beyond the aether, AKA real life. Buuuuuuuut the creator was pretty dang drunk, so…

Weaknesses

The Impostor

Despite their abilities and strength, they never have been in a fight where their victims could fight back in base game, and their need to survive has brought up scenarios in which they will throw their own Impostor partners under the bus for a slight edge, which showcases how their teamwork isn’t always the greatest. And while their ghost can mess with technology, they seem to be unable to physically interact with the world otherwise, even in crossovers.

The Fall Guys

Despite many impressive showings of their athletic abilities, they still are pretty clumsy. Despite having games where they do fight each other, they usually stick to racing outside of crossovers, and generally are much more light hearted, and never seen a fight that would put their life in danger in the base game.

Before the Verdicts

Content For Both

What should and shouldn’t be used?

Both series have been in quite a few games, and each can offer them something new. However, we have agreed to a limit on what will and won’t be considered for both sides. We will mainly focus on games where their presence is confirmed to be more than a gag or easter egg.

Fall Guys will be receiving Fortnite, but specifically only their modes in game. Base games, and anything where they are not playable will not be considered for them, including any arsenal you only get from base game such as guns and shield potions. They also will get Final Fantasy, as having multiple references to their presence and interaction with characters, and Bomberman due to having a canon presence in the verse through descriptions about them.

Fall Guys will not get Astro, as this is just a costume easter egg of one of the robots dressing like a Fall Guy, rather than actually being one.

Among Us will receive Vampire Survivors, as having a clear presence in verse, and being confirmed to be canon. They will be allowed Henry Stickmin, as having a variety of references to it (Such as Polus being named after Polus Petrovich after he won a sweepstake) and a drink from said verse in their own (The NrG Drink). Tinkertown, while not housing any major feats, will be allowed for its arsenal due to having a solid presence in verse and the ship able to house most any items. Friday Night Funkin will be considered to help provide evidence that Impostors can survive nuclear meltdowns, but will not consider scaling to Boyfriend and the rabbit hole that would go down. Fraymakers will consider their abilities, but not scaling them to other characters' verses from this one. We don’t need to get into crossover crossover scaling. Finally, Samurai Gunn will be given for all the abilities they have in this.

Among Us will not get Binding of Isaac: Four Souls due to just being a card game with no storyline or presence outside of a card. Fortnite will not be included as they simply appear as a backbling with no presence to its canon.

Costumes

Both series vary a vast amount of cosmetics and crossover outfits. While they clearly are a reference to many other series, this at best shows they are aware of said existing verses in some way. This does not warrant power scaling to these verses as they simply are playing dress up with their costumes. Some of these costumes do offer advantages, such as Halo’s armor still being actually armor, and will be considered as such. We simply aren’t giving them scaling to someone they are just dressing up as. So for anyone fearing, no. This isn't going to turn into an outerversal debate between Marvel, Doctor Who, Destiny and Hololive.

Among Us

The Meteor Feat

In the Skeld, there is a task where Crewmates have to shoot down meteors while the ship is moving. The ship is moving at FTL speeds, so logically, they should be able to react to this level of speed to some degree, right? Well, in the context of this feat does affect it in some ways. While the calc for the ship's speed does get 22.5 c. fully scaling that to The Crewmates is a bit contentious.

Firstly, the way we calced it by using a star is a fairly unreliable method to get accurate results. Due to the single location and only background to work with, it makes finding a reliable speed difficult beyond vaguely FTL. The ship is flying towards the meteors, which would mean these meteors would have to be lightyears away, on top of already facing where the meteors are coming from. The ship is not making any visible turns or weaves that would make them need to react and turn the gun to hit mid flight.

However, while we do think the FTL ends don’t work, we do think the reaction to asteroids does have some merit. The asteroids are flying across the ship's path. If the screen is 1 to 1 with it;’s speed, then they are reacting fast enough to a degree to pull the trigger in order to hit any meteors flying by. This places their reactions into the mach 50 to 70 area.

Can Impostors Fight As Ghosts?

As a ghost, Impostors are shown to still be able to cause sabotage events. Does this mean they can still interact with the physical world when dead? Unlikely. While they can cause sabotage, their end goal is to kill all the Crewmates, and yet makes 0 attempt to try and do so as a ghost. Should all Impostors be killed, then they lose the game. This heavily implies much more that their ghosts can’t physically interact with the world or else they could simply win as ghosts. It’s likely their ability to sabotage is something supernatural about them. We have seen in hide N seek, one Impostor caused the lights to flicker across the Skeld without making contact or any attempts to mess with them. This does mean most likely, the ability is inherent to the Impostor themselves, and they don’t lose it upon their death. Lastly, the Fall Guy does have ways to affect ghosts directly with the Proton Pack, Power Pellet, or even just touching them, allowing them to still end the fight for good.

Furthermore this is supported by Vampire Survivors wherein the Ghost Lino, is incapable of dealing direct damage to enemies and must instead rely on alternative means of dealing damage with item effects, such as the Pentagram and the Divine Bloodline.

Crewmate Items?

We gave The Impostor access to most any of the crewmate items and abilities for a few reasons. Firstly, there isn’t much of a reason they shouldn’t have access to what they do. All of the items simply lay around the ship. While they don’t do tasks, this very likely falls under game mechanics. After the Crewmates are all killed, they should realistically have access to the Skeld and anything on it. But most importantly, crossovers like Samurai Gunn 2 allow them to mutate into Impostors or Crewmates. This allows them to have access to both of their arsenal.

Reactor Explosion Feats

Based on a statement from the creators of Among Us, the Impostors are implied to be able to survive the reactor meltdown on the Skeld. There is also an example in FNF, where they survive The Mira HQ meltdown, making it seem consistent. With this in mind, there is a separate explosion that destroys The Skeld during the fungal map trailer. Given it’s the same ship, this would make it a reliable way to say how big the explosion should roughly be. However, this feat isn’t as straightforward as presented. First, Meltdowns are not explosions. While there are cases where they can cause explosions, they are actually just cores overheating to the point of materials inside leaking out. While it’s definitely possible for a meltdown to cause an explosion, it is not a requirement, and would kill any crewmates simply by the radiation leaking out.

Next, with the creators statement, it is presented as “They Could possibly be resistant” but isn’t presented as a fact. The conversation seemed to be more impling possibilities, which does leave the feat a little questionable to use. Their answers on “lore” as well had a lot of silliness or jokes to it, such as saying Crewmates are made of chocolate and the ghosts aren’t real, making it a bit harder to buy as serious. The FNF crossover may offer reasonable evidence to say they could survive an explosion like this, but this was a mod where Innersloth has not much interaction with it outside of providing sounds. And even this statement from their wiki has no source to even confirm it being true.

On top of this, the explosion for Mira HQ is hundreds of times lower than the Skeld explosion, making it questionable as backup evidence. The final point, even if they did survive the explosion, we do not know where they were when it exploded. Even being a few feet away would severely hurt the feat due to surface area. So this feat does hold a lot of issues that makes its usability questionable. However, it is not impossible to consider giving them the benefit of the doubt.

Golden Egg Limit?

Vampire Survivors has a stat increase from Golden Eggs. While most stats have a percentage limit on how much they can increase, movement speed does not. The in-game limit is 3.402823E+38 golden eggs. While this would give them very impressive MFTL+ speed scaling, it doesn’t likely work. The only reason this is considered the limit, is because it breaks the in-game counter, meaning it literally doesn’t have the ability to count higher. You might say infinite speed among us then, but this is one of those items where they could theoretically have enough to reach virtually any speed, but that doesn’t mean we assume they start out with that much. Most stats don’t increase past 500 percent, so having one stat that technically can go up infinitely if they keep collecting eggs, and using it to justify infinite speed would be contentious. Ultimately, we will be considering how they have a means to continually increase their speed, we won’t be considering them having the in game limit, or an infinite amount for these reasons.

Zombie Among Us

In Among Us VR, there is a zombie mode where infected Crewmates can go around, and turn them into zombies. We discussed the usage of it, and decided against it due to this just seeming like a third unrelated virus to The Impostor or Crewmates. Fall Guys as well, have a zombie form where they still operate fine, meaning it likely wouldn’t affect the outcome regardless.

Fall Guys

Resurrection vs Teleportation

(Image made by Sheeprampage)

It is very commonly believed that Fall Guys are revived whenever falling off of cliffs, or pulled into The Black Hole. But based on what we have, we do not believe it is resurrection. Fall Guys have been stated more than once to not die to their obstacle courses, or even able to die at all. There is a statement about what happens when they fall off a cliff, but it doesn't really confirm that they die, more so they experience being non physical for a short period. Fall Guys have many different ways they have shown to teleport, so it feels safer to assume they use this ability, over resurrection.

Golden Egg weight

Anyone who’s played a round of Egg Scramble or Fall Ball can tell you Fall Guys can lift golden eggs. While the eggs do have a clear gold color, it does seem more likely a coat of painting, or even just its natural color. We have seen in ads that there are bunnies inside them, and the creator backed this up by saying there are creatures inside the eggs.

Fortnite Scaling

Fall Guys do make a brief appearance during The Big Bang event, which is what pulled in several other multiverses into The Fortnite world. They not only get their own mode where they can perform some feats and use the build mode, but have two major feats that could be argued. Surviving The Big Bang event, and their crown or own abilities able to affect any of the Fortnite characters.

The Big Bang

This feat is a strange one and has arguments both for and against it. Them surviving it seems pretty apparent. It’s more a matter of how this event worked, if it was an explosion, and if it would have physically affected the ones inside it. Arguments for it are, Whether this Big Bang applies as an actual explosion or not doesn’t have too much importance, as there was still energy to pull the universes into Fortnite in the first place. The Fall Guys were in their own universe, and were propelled in by The Big Bang, meaning they would have had to feel the energy, even before they could have realistically been affected by The Zero Point messing with their stats. Arguments against it however say that in that same scene, a sign post and rubber ducky survived the energy too. Furniture built different? This does leave the argument that The Big Bang didn’t have energy behind it, and could possibly be labeled as a hax over power. One could argue it’s PIS, or area of effect fallacy, but neither side holds a completely solid case.

The Rift/Zero Point

The Fall Guys for a short period was in the main game. They laid a statue at a part of the map that would change anyone who approached it into a Fallguy and place them on their obstacle course. Anyone who tried to fly into the course was simply teleported in front of the statue. As far as scaling, the argument comes in how they affect any character in the game, including ones who have means to resist these kinds of effects. The Foundation has a suit that prevents him from becoming a Looper, and yet can still be transformed into a Fallguy. This could be argued as a power able to bypass the suits protections, albeit, there are arguments against it. It could simply be a game mechanic, as there is no storyline where this actually happens in the canon.

Both feats have arguments for and against, and we’ll ultimately leave it as a possibility, but not a certainty.

How Big Are Fall Guys?

This question was a bit trickier to approach due to how Fall Guys doesn’t always like to be consistent with their statements and showings. Most of Fall Guys statements, Ads, and crossovers show them to human height, making the 6 foot statement fairly consistent. In more recent times, there was another design that said they were 2 meters tall, but this is heavily contradicted by all the history shown. One could argue it’s a change in the lore, but even modern day showings have them standing in similar height with characters like Bomberman or Jonesy. One ad does show several to be quite small, but then also in the same ad, has some that are closer to a human’s height. This very likely means the species just varies in size, or can outright manipulate it, also shown in several win screens, where they can shrink down, or grow giant.

Cosmic Fall Guys

If you’re familiar with Fall Guys in versus, you more than likely know that the celebrations provide them with some interesting feats that can reach cosmic ranges of power. However both of these are incredibly contentious, so we’ll look at both individually and see how they hold up.

For creating a constellation, we have decided against this. The feat leaves too many questions and possibilities to justify giving the Fall Guys any scaling to it. All we really see is them connecting the dots in front of them, and a similar constellation is shown behind them. The dots appear themselves, and the Fallguys also seem surprised when seeing the first one, implying they aren’t responsible for making it.

The Black Hole feat depends on the context of if Fall Guys revive or not. We, as shown above, believe that they don’t actually have reviving ability, and just simply are being teleported. Because the Fall Guy was pulled inside the black hole fully, this would mean they would have had to survive the energy it outputs. This is backed up with statements from the creators saying they can’t die, and also imply nothing in game has killed a one yet. Though the latter part of the argument does rely on statements, which Fallguys creators can be quite silly with at times. We see this as either they survive the black hole and were teleported out, or if it did kill them, then resurrection is a thing. Above we have spoken about why we prefer the former over the latter.

Is Fall Guys just a show?

Yes but no. It absolutely is a game show, and has been confirmed on more than one occasion to be as such. But, at the same time, this doesn’t suddenly disregard any feats performed. While it is true they are recording for a game show, all the obstacles, win screens, and animation are actually happening. We can see in several trailers that they are using actual fire thrusters, giant hammers, and a variety of objects that are dangerous. Many of the space feats do actually take place in the vacuum of space, and we can see the courses being placed there. Creators have also talked about Fall Guys being quite hard to kill, and that many of these obstacles aren’t capable of doing it, implying they are actually dangerous. This means for the most part, feats performed will be taken at face value opposed to assuming they can survive or perform these feats because of special effects or any safety precautions.

The Impostor

Stats

There’s a lot to discuss here for stats, so let’s break this down. We’ll start with base game stats before going into how crossovers change things.

Starting with the lesser of the two, Among Us’ strength is mostly concrete. Crewmates can carry trash, giant metal pieces, but that’s nowhere near their best. They can throw frisbees really far (55.64 Kilojoules), swing heavy trash (74.93 Kilojoules), and best of all shoot out their L O N G necks that’s worth 12.06 Megajoules. Their lasers also can vaporize half of a crewmate, which yields 0.72 Tons of TNT, though this is solely for the laser.

An interesting set of feats to talk about next is the potential survival of reactor meltdowns, which yield at most 2.1 Tons of TNT for the Skeld’s. Surface Area could apply, but given the Impostors appear to survive regardless of their position on the map (even next to the reaction), it likely doesn’t matter. However there is room for doubt with these feats given their vague nature, but creators of Among Us have stated them to be resistant to explosions. Arguments do exist of these potentially not being serious given the following joke statements, but all of this happened shortly after the aforementioned statements, not to mention the explosion statement isn’t too far fetched given it directly follows them implying Impostors didn’t need oxygen, which we know is true. You could also use the Skeld’s explosion to support these kinds of feats, though they’re not reactor explosions so it’s difficult to compare. Given it’s not everyone’s cup of tea, we won’t rely on it for the comparison.

Let’s talk about Fall Guys’ strength and durability now, because good lord there’s a lot to unpack. Starting with the simple ones, Fall Guys have many impressive strength feats such as moving various large objects, and shaking the area just by walking, with its highest getting between 1.43 Megajoules to 0.01 Tons of TNT. However this is just the tip of the iceberg for stats. Though unfortunately… things get really, really complicated from here as every feat that gets higher has problems surrounding it. Let’s talk about the easier to discuss ones first.

Fall Guys do survive a small meteor from the meteor celebration, however to say this is a real meteor is likely inaccurate. The meteor only suddenly boosts in speed as it snaps to the Fall Guys’ head, and also adjusts its angle slightly to compensate. Not exactly how real meteors work. And it’s not like Fall Guys courses are strangers to artificially moved meteors either.

Fall Guys can survive hits from various objects in cannons, but the assumptions in the calculations are a massive leap in logic. Even with the developers saying things like the cannons are real, that doesn’t automatically mean they function and fire identically to real world cannons given their different designs and intents. In addition, if the cannons fired at the speeds proposed in the calculations, the objects fired wouldn’t have any time to be affected by gravity to fall onto the courses they’re a part of.

A Fall Guy did survive falling from space, though the timeframe is where things get tricky. The calculation used assumes 10 seconds from the footage, but doesn’t account the cuts made from the fall to save time. The highest this calc gets from the most accurate end, that being terminal velocity, gets 4.167 Megajoules.

Let’s now touch on the various object and wall destruction feats the Fall Guys have. These range from shattering stone, breaking walls to even giant shapes! However, context matters here. These objects are huge sure, but they’re intended to be breakable in the first place, even the creative mode has them labelled under this. This is evident through the walls and shapes having gaps between them, which shows they likely had to be stuck together in some way given the different colors of the parts. While the calculation does account for potential hollowness, it does not account for these gaps making the shapes far, far easier to destroy in the first place similar to say, a cut being sawed into a wooden board making it require way less effort to cut in two.

The destruction animation also shows this, as while the destroyed pieces are fractured, the fragment sizes indicate they’re meant to be pieces broken off the original structure. It does have fewer pieces, but that’s just an animation limitation to avoid having too much on screen at once. It should be noted that the smoke puffs from the destruction animation could be argued as dust (and by extent pulverization), but it’s not really enough by itself to argue that especially with the method of destruction already being questionable. The best bet for this feat would be Fall Guys visibly weakening the obstacle if it takes multiple hits to destroy, but that’s a different, and likely lower feat altogether that is a can of worms in of itself. Could this still be impressive? Absolutely, but the issues with this feat make it incredibly hard to put a concrete number on.

There’s also some cosmic feats to discuss here, being the infamous constellation creation and black hole survival. The constellation here doesn’t need much discussion, as the feat is really vague and requires stretches to equate it to AP. The black hole though is another story, but we find there’s too many holes to reasonably buy it. First off, using developer statements here is a no-go. Even putting aside potential jokes for a moment, the statements to try and back up this feat are flawed. Developers have said Fall Guys can’t die, but they’re likely referring to nothing in the courses themselves being capable of doing it, given they refer to the course obstacles in their answers, not to mention both of these responses were made before the black hole celebration was even leaked.

But disregarding that, what about the feat itself? Well to be blunt… it’s not the best. The Fall Guys don’t pull back against the feat at any point, other than briefly holding on to the stand before the pull eclipses them fully. And while they were pulled inside without dying, this is moreso a feat of their established cosmic radiation and intense gravity resistances rather than durability given they didn’t show signs of resisting the pull. And while they were seemingly fine from it disappearing in the menu screen, given there was no sort of explosion or the like when disappearing it’s difficult to say whether it’s a proper feat or not. Not to mention that with the other cosmic celebrations likely just being for show, it questions if this one should also be real in comparison. So overall, cosmic Fall Guys is funny, but not viable.

Now that strength is done, let’s talk about speed. Both Fall Guys and Among Us have many different ends to use, so let’s dissect this. For Among Us, they have some good showings, such as moving quickly between vents (75.5 m/s), stretching their necks really fast (79.5 m/s) and can kill Crewmates at long distances (103.7 m/s). One could say that this is pushing the limits of abusing in game settings, but this is moreso to support their superhuman feats and good travel speed with vents. For higher feats, Crewmates can throw frisbees really far gets Mach 2.32, and most impressively, they’re able to shoot meteors out of space, yielding at minimum Mach 50 - 73.

However, this technically isn’t the highest this feat offers, as this is solely accounting for the meteors moving by themselves without noting the crewmates firing them while in a ship. While arguments exist in Before the Verdicts for the ship flying towards these meteors, this… isn’t supported at all really and is just speculation. Not to mention that this overlooks one crucial detail: The perspective we’re shown for these meteors in the first place. The task in question appears to be showing a POV shot from the ship, similar to an FPS game with the pointers and reticle. With this we believe the most logical intent of the task is to be the Crewmates shooting meteors the ship is directly bypassing, which would yield roughly FTL speeds. There are arguments of it being higher based on star measurements, but it’s definitely shaky and not reliable to use.

Now let’s discuss Fall Guys’ speed. Bare minimum Fall Guys have outran Rhinos (15.1 m/s) and can spin fast enough to cause a small tornado (at most 32.18 m/s). And while as mentioned earlier the Fall Guys cannons shooting identically to real ones is not viable, funnily enough their best speed feat also comes from reacting to asteroids, yielding Mach 50 - 73. Fall Guys does have higher ends for speed, however… they don’t quite hold up.

There are two main arguments for Fall Guys having higher speed feats: Lightning and laser dodging. Starting with lightning, this comes from a Fall Guy moving his hand in tandem with a strike. However, this is really shaky. The Fall Guy doesn’t react to the lightning at all here, only pulling his hand away after the lightning has hit the sword. This makes it really questionable given this relies on taking advantage of animation quirks that makes Fall Guys over 4 times faster then something they didn’t react to. The second feat comes from them seemingly weaving around lasers. However, even putting aside the lasers seemingly being shot far from them, there’s a major issue here: The lasers in Fall Guys explicitly have force. The developers have said lasers in the Fall Guys universe bounce off them, and one of the obstacles in game is stated to be a light beam, which wouldn’t function as an obstacle if it didn’t have mass. While it’s true that light in real life does have force, it’s to such a miniscule degree it may as well be nothing.

As such due to their high ends being shaky at best, Fall Guys’ speed caps at meteor timing, which is relative to Among Us… at their lowest end. With the FTL ends, which we believe to be more viable, Among Us is way faster, and if you do give Fall Guys the benefit of the doubt for their speed, that still wouldn’t close the speed gap. And if you do give it, Among Us surpasses it more with the high ends for the ship speed with equal leeway. The sussy beans take the edge in speed.

Comparing the two, both Fall Guys and Among Us have their edges here. In terms of power, Fall Guys is a few times stronger, with the floor shaking feat’s high end, though they’re far behind the Impostor Laser’s AP (as well as general AP if you use reactor surviving feats). Among Us on the other hand, holds a massive edge in both combat and travel speed regardless of ends.

For crossovers… yeah, this is admittedly where Among Us falls behind a tad. Starting with AP, Vampire Survivors gives some good stuff. Everyone knows the time their laser guns cut planets, which gets between 237.36 Exatons to 20.46 Quettatons of TNT. But better yet, they’re able to defeat Cosmic Eggs, which contains a universe. Chucking on Golden Egg multipliers, and we get 10x Universal. Fall Guys however, are built different. Thanks to Final Fantasy, they scale to Starbird who, as Meteion, gets 1.989 Quadrillion times Universal from giving life back to the universe, which alone gets far higher than anything Among Us has.

Speed is another pretty open and shut case. With crossovers, Among Us’ only notable speed feat is the Sole Solution’s galaxy spin, which can get at most 739.66 Billion times the speed of light. And adding on the Golden Egg’s stat increases again, we’re looking at most 2.95 Trillion times the speed of light. However this doesn’t come anywhere close to the Fall Guys, who again thanks to scaling to Meteion, gets 973.11 Nonillion times the speed of light. This isn’t even mentioning the Immeasurable arguments from Bomberman, such as Black and White’s time travel shenanigans or Vic Viper’s own existence.

All in all, while taking a solid lead in base game, it’s undeniable that Among Us can’t come close to what Fall Guys get in stats with crossovers accounted for. That being said, it’s not quite that open and shut. How so? Well, let’s take a look at…

Arsenal and Abilities

In terms of arsenal for the base game, Fall Guys has Among Us beat in quantity of weapons. These range from magic swords, cannons, and punching gloves to Mjolnir and a tablet that can create obstacle courses out of nothing. This arsenal simply outclasses the alien Bean's standard equipment in options, to the point one could argue they would get overwhelmed by the sheer variety of what the Fall Guys can deploy. Even in terms of abilities and unique physiology, the Fall Guys are far more versatile than Among Us at first glance.

Though it’s not quite the full story. See, while Fall Guys has plenty more equipment and abilities, a large portion of them either don’t really offer much or aren’t applicable outright. Sure, Fall Guys can shoot lightning with Skeletor’s staff, but that (and most of their ranged options) are basic projectiles that Among Us can evade with their speed. Sure they have cannons, but that requires lots of setup to not launch them very far. Sure they have bending, but only Fire Bending appears to work but is very easy to dodge… you get the idea. The Fall Guys have more, but what they offer isn’t overwhelming and doesn’t take much to play around. Many abilities aren’t really usable in combat in the first place either. Levitation comes from brief emotes and isn’t used elsewhere, light constructs were only used to down food (sorry lantern bros, wait til Kymon), no items made from creation or summoning are useful for combat, it’s a similar case to before really.

In comparison, Impostor naturally has more lethal options at their disposal. Some cool looking projectiles are nice, but a gun is a gun. And while Impostors mainly fights with just a knife in close quarters, a bladed weapon is naturally better for a fight than the hammer or rubber chicken Fall Guys are likely to go for. And this isn’t even going into their shapeshifting capabilities with their parasitic tongue and jaws which are even more fatal. The Fall Guys do have some useful equipment and abilities though, which we’ll touch on shortly.

However, overcoming this versatility wouldn’t matter if you take into account potential haxes for Fall Guys that could make them win immediately, that being Transmutation, BFR and Wishing. Though upon inspection, these haxes aren’t quite as potent as one may think. The main arguments for transmutation are turning those who see the crown into Fall Guys. However problems arise with consistency here. The idea of the crown transmutating is contradicted in the next shots, as people turn into Fall Guys just from seeing others run by. However it wouldn’t be like this is an infection deal either, given many see these beans and don’t transform, leaving holes no matter how one tries to frame it as a win-con. There’s also BFR methods through the Creative Tablet and Phone, but they’re not really combat applicable. The former banishes both without the tablet to exit, and the other was done through rapidly pressing a remote. They also have a time machine, but that’s more for their own use and wouldn’t come into play given it’s stationary. And lastly for wishing, it’s more than likely to backfire on the Fall Guys given they fumble their only attempt at it.

There’s also another solution to this versatility disadvantage: Among Us’ ability to manipulate technology. They could either sabotage the Fall Guys’ tablet by shutting it down, disabling their ability to create obstacles or weapons, or simply sabotage communications. This sabotage has been shown to prevent people from using items such as the Scientist’s monitor. Notably, it also disables the use of special role abilities, such as the Guardian Angel's force fields or the Engineer’s vent access. With this in mind, it's likely Among Us could also shut down the Fall Guys’ use of items and abilities, such as their forcefields or ice manipulation. This could give the Impostor a massive opening to exploit. Additionally, Impostors are capable of causing sabotages without physically acting, as shown in the manga, where the lights went out despite the Impostor (Egg) not visibly doing anything. Sure in-game Impostors can only trigger one at a time, but this is likely just a gameplay limitation for balance purposes, not to mention it's the same no matter the Impostor count.

For some other categories, Fall Guys does take mobility here, thanks to them having being proficient at web swinging and can skate around with Ice Manipulation. However Among Us isn’t out of the deal yet, given their better travel speeds, venting and speed advantage giving them ways to get around the battlefield. Both have flight methods, so that cancels out.

Shapeshifting is another topic, and the ball is in the Impostor’s court. Fall Guys have showings of stretching their bodies, but so has the Impostor, who basically has that but longer, and has killed with it. They don’t have an equivalent to turning to a bat, but as mentioned earlier they still have a jetpack for flight. They’ve also got their tongues for attacks and grabbing objects, shapeshifting for brief confusion, and tendrils from the TV show trailer for good measure. Victory screens do show some instances of giant Fall Guys, though the method this was done was never shown and could just be the species varying in height.

Next, both have access to means of invisibility, but the Impostor has answers to the Fall Guys’ and not vice versa. The Sneaky Bean power-up makes Fall Guys invisible when idle, but becomes visible when moving. Their invisibility from the Monster’s Inc crossover on the other hand, while more problematic, can be detected with the Seek or Tracker abilities. On the other hand, the Fall Guys don’t really have a way to detect Impostor’s invisibility. Sure, they can’t attack during it, but it allows them to easily reposition or set up attacks that the Fall Guy can’t see coming.

A massive advantage that the Impostor also has is AOE thanks to their massive lasers, which the Fall Guy would have a really hard time dodging. They should be unaffected by the heat of it given they’re fine from blue fire, but in comparison the laser’s far more potent in AP then what the beans have dealt with in the base game. Creators have stated lasers in Fall Guys bounce off them, but the Among Us laser is far different in presentation and Fall Guys lasers don’t have impressive feats in the first place compared to it. There’s also nothing really stopping Mr Among Us from spamming it or using it to destroy items the Fall Guy brings out such as the tablet. Fall Guys could counter this (and other possible attacks) via their shield, but it’s got its weaknesses. It requires conscious activation, which leaves them open to attacks from the Impostor that would be too fast to defend against in time, and even with one up, it requires both hands out which prevents them doing anything else. Impostor’s Communication sabotage, as brought up earlier, would also likely counter this, given how it prevented Guardian Angel’s shields from being deployed.

There’s also some forms to discuss for both here, though a handful don’t really add much, as awesome as seeing a Sussy Spider and Skinny Guy duking it out would be. For the ones that matter, Fall Guys can turn into Pac-Man, though its effectiveness is limited through a slow, predictable travel path. They’ve also got the Venom Symbiote, which can drag in targets with tendrils. Funnily enough this is somewhat similar to Impostor’s better shapeshifting feats, though the Fall Guys seemingly being overtaken by the Symbiote’s aggressive desire may work against them, given they wouldn’t think to use their wider arsenal and abilities. On the other hand the Impostor can transform into a large Werewolf, which while appearing to act similarly aggressive, they appear to swap in and out of it without issue, letting them better utilize its benefits.

The last thing to mention is how both put the other down. Fall Guys have things a lot simpler, as they have ways of interacting with ghosts with circumvents Among Us’ persistence after death. However, Among Us also has ways to deal with the Fall Guys’ survivability. While Fall Guys are stronger and can survive as a lower half, Among Us’ speed edge makes this point moot given nothing stops them from continuing their assault. It should also be noted that Fall Guys don’t have any showings of enduring piercing weapons, which could be a factor here given the only weapons of those types they’ve survived were padded. And lastly while you could make the argument of them regenerating based on the half bone variation of the crewmate costume returning to normal after a game, this is incredibly vague as we don’t have a timeframe. Not that it’s likely to come into effect anyhow given this can take several rounds.

Overall for base game, Among Us has less to work with, but takes the edge in quality, has counters to Fall Guys’ best options and takes their own advantages like AOE and sabotages.

Things become even crazier when factoring in crossovers due to the sheer versatility both sides gain from additional items and abilities. The Fall Guys get the physiology and items of Bomberman, including weapons that can cause effects such as diarrhea (yes, really). Meanwhile, Among Us gains access to a variety of weapons from games like Vampire Survivors, including wands that fire projectiles, items that can freeze opponents in time, erase enemies in sight, transmute foes into hearts, and more. They also gain the ability to spawn in vents, manipulate their own gravity, and mutate into Crewmates. Even in death, when they're ghosts, they retain access to these items—though, unfortunately for them, Fall Guys can see and attack ghosts, making invisibility and intangibility less effective. However, the sheer variety of tools Among Us can access provides them with a massive versatility and arsenal advantage, granting them key win conditions. For example, Fall Guys don’t seem to have any resistance to being erased or removed from the battlefield, allowing Among Us to end the fight instantly.

Obviously, one must account for the insane stat gap here, which’ll make things a lot more difficult. However at the same time, this assumes that Fall Guys would immediately blitz and know to not give the Impostor a single opening, which isn’t really in character given they’ve never had a fight to the death in their life. In comparison, a big part of the Impostors is to end things quick and efficiently; it’s how they evade being caught after all, which makes it very likely they’ll know to end the fight quickly with the Pentagram or Emergency Meeting, both of which are screen wide wipes. And even if they are killed, they have Tirajisu for a revive (as well as Samurai Gunn 2’s respawns if you want to use those) to fall back on as well as becoming a ghost when dead for extra time. So while it’ll be difficult at first, openings do exist for them to finish the fight.

All in all, while Among Us struggles to keep up in raw stats during crossovers, they certainly don’t lack win conditions. Their overwhelming versatility and arsenal give them significant advantages that could net them the win in a few ways.

Tertiary Factors

In terms of experience and skill is where things get tough. Fall Guys have more experience in terms of athletics with how much they compete with each other 24/7 in  various dangerous obstacles, learn martial arts, and are very smart in terms of machines. However, Among Us takes similar advantages, knowing their own martial arts (and actually applying it on foes), have worked on their own machines and have deceived crewmates with those kinds of skills.

Not to mention unlike Fall Guys the impostors have shown to be more combat oriented, more than capable to go for the kill. Not to mention they are stealthy and very intelligent and can take advantage of it in many ways, such as using the environment built from the creative tablet to sneak away and make plans, or tricking the Fall Guys with shapeshifting to give them time to land many hits. It’s a tough call but we feel like the Among Us take this round given their more combat oriented advantages.

Conclusion

"Victory."

Advantages:

  • Faster in base no matter the ends

  • Laser’s a powerful AOE that Fall Guys can’t properly counter

  • Higher quality arsenal with items more suited for combat

  • Has a gun

  • Can hack the creative tablet and potentially nullify other abilities with sabotages

  • Has ways to detect Fall Guys’ invisibility unlike vise versa

  • Better shapeshifting capabilities overall

  • Disguises could provide brief openings

  • Werewolf form would be more useful long term

  • More tactical and intelligent

  • Likely more skilled with martial arts

  • Is far more used to going for the kill

  • (Crossovers) Has numerous fight ending haxes the Fall Guys can’t counter

  • (Crossovers) Has multiple revive methods that give more time to pull off their haxes

  • Won the rap battle

  • When Impostor is sus

  • Are in Fall Guys

Disadvantages:

  • Physically weaker overall

  • Less versatile weapons and abilities

  • On the off chance it happens, has no answer to BFR

  • Inferior battlefield control with the Creative Tablet

  • Slightly worse mobility options

  • Doesn’t have regeneration arguments unlike Fall Guys

  • Can’t do much as ghosts normally and can be killed

  • Less experienced overall

  • Worse endurance

  • (Crossovers) Massively behind in the stats trinity

  • That sus disk I hate

  • STOP POSTING ABOUT AMONG US!!!

  • Devs think they’re cooked

  • They’re hackers.

This was a really interesting fight to go over. Starting with the base game, Among Us is likely weaker, however they can still keep up thanks to their massive speed advantage in comparison. When it comes to arsenal and abilities, they have numerous advantages despite their smaller arsenal, such as having weapons and abilities better suited for combat, better AOE and have counters to Fall Guys’ strongest abilities. They can detect their invisibility, sabotage their creative tablet and potentially nullify some of their abilities to gain the advantage in the fight. It won’t be easy, but the Impostor takes base game solidly.

While the Among Us may be a bit behind in stats with crossovers, they got many ways to win with their haxes that could incap the Fall Guys with their Vampire Survivors items such as Pentagram, Clock Lancets and multiple instant death spells. They’re at a huge stat disadvantage, but at the same time relies on Fall Guys knowing how to use their stat edge perfectly to not give them an opening, which is difficult to say in character. Even if they did die, Among Us do have revive methods to fall back on to buy them time to use their insta-wins more times than not.  With their own answers to Fall Guys antics, we feel like Among Us could clutch a win with high difficulty. Looks like Falls Guys chances of win are pretty SUS after all. It appears a winner is Among Us…

The Fall Guys

Stats

Alright, so we are hitting this in two ways. Base game is a bonus part, and crossovers will include it already as well, we will start with base game.

The Impostor should greatly upscale Crewmates who can swing trash with 74.93 Kilojoules, which adds up with their neck stretching feat getting up to 12 Megajoules. This places them safely in wall level. But that’s not all, with their laser, it can actually hit up to .72 tons of TNT through vaporizing the Crewmates. This doesn’t really scale to them physically, As it one shots everyone it hits, and never hits an impostor. But then, we get to the Skeld and Meltdown feats. They can vary from how much, getting at least 0.001 tons of TNT, But can reach as high as 2.8 Kilotons. Quite a boost, but there are flaws in them potentially scaling this high. Meltdowns are Not Explosions, which is a serious issue. A meltdown is when a core overheats and can leak out radiation. It in some cases can cause an explosion, but we have very little proof what happened for sure. The Creator's statement meanwhile is more presented as a possibility, but also not necessarily fully true. They also said their Ghosts aren't real, and Crewmates were made of chocolate a few comments later. It definitely felt like they weren’t talking all that serious, which leaves the feat questionable. This is before even considering the potential of Surface Area destroying the feat's high numbers. It’s a feat with several flaws.

However, even if given the benefit of the doubt, Fall Guys still have their own means to match this power. Several ads have had them shatter stone walls worth up to .85 tons of TNT, which completely blows all of the Impostor's stats out of the water, minus the reactor feat. But then we have to look at the destructive blocks and just how big they can get. A single Arch wall can hit up to 4 Kilotons, which is already stronger than the Among Us Reactor Meltdown feat at its best. Then we haven’t considered how they can destroy several at the same time. Two Arch’s can be destroyed with one swing at least, and The Half Cylinder shape can have 6 destroyed in one swing, and each shape is worth about 1.9 kilotons. Arguments about the indents in between the block don’t hold water. While yes, they do have slight indents in the shape, they are still clearly very solid, as they can float around, be pushed, drop, and stood on with no issues.

The game itself even notes you need High Forces to break these objects, and they show not to be at all hollow in the center. Furthermore, items like the Half sphere when examined near parts like the bottom, show that these indents do not go all through the shape. It’s more a visual design to show you the difference between a regular block and a breakable one. Trying to argue that these are meant to break, which invalidates it lacks any real basis. These shapes are clearly super solid, and slamming into them with a 6 foot, at least couple hundred pound creature, doesn’t affect it. The game even calls the rounded one boulders, they make a rock breaking sound when struck, and pulverize into dust. It’s very likely these are made of rock or similar substances. Games like Chicken Glutch also have destructible Items can be slammed into the wall at high speeds, and will only develop some cracks as a result, backing up it being a strong substance. It takes a charged attack to shatter them apart.

Plus, these structures can be over 600 feet tall, and 100 feet wide, and they can hit it from any angle and cause the entire thing to shatter into a few pieces and dust. Both made very visible, and the pieces being far fewer and smaller than the original shapes parts. This can very easily just be compared to a brick wall. There are indents in it, but it’s still solid because something strong (the cement) is holding it together. It’s hard to shatter an over 600 foot wall made of very solid substance with one swing and not scale to it. Let alone destroying two at once, or 6 half cylinder blocks of them. It's safe to Say Fall Guys are much stronger and tougher by quite a bit.

But we still aren’t done yet. The Black Hole feat is just an entirely new tier of stronger. Because we don’t think the Fall Guys revive, and more so just are teleported, they would have to have survived the black hole then. We clearly see they get sucked inside it completely, and due to confirmation from the devs, we are always playing the same Fall Guy. To back it up even further, the Devs imply nothing in game has killed a Fall Guy as well. While one might argue against it due to this coming from a Devs statement rather than showing, I think this makes it much worse for Among Us.

As brought up before, the Reactor explosion feat only comes from a Dev saying they “Could” survive it. Fall Guys statements and showings are more reliable as being presented more than just a possibility. If we treated both with the same leeway if accepted or not accepting those statements. Amongy is either wall or town, where Fall Guys is Town or Planet. Best case scenario for Among Us, Fall Guys is several times stronger than even Impostors highest end using just their lower end. This gap can widely vary depending on which ends are used. But when giving both similar leeway, Fall Guys remain much stronger. They both got meteor destroying ships that can cross large gaps in space. Equal footing, plus we don’t want this to be a ship fight. It isn’t really going to have bearing on the verdict.

Jumping into Speed, The Impostor is very consistently hitting 79 m/s in terms of movement, and if you buy the 1 frame max distance jump kill, they can get up to 103.71 m/s. But that’s only for travel speed. For reactions, they scale to Mach 2.32 from throwing the frisbee into the horizon, and could potentially be at asteroid level reactions with the asteroid mini game from The Skeld. Anywhere from Mach 50-73 area. The FTL ends for them however seen way too generous due to how many issues that would lie in their reactions being that fast. So this is about where they cap out.

Into the Fall Guys, they have a foot speed able to outrun rhinos, who hit a speed of up to 15.1 m/s. As well, they all moved fast enough to create a small tornado, which has a speed of anywhere from 17.88 to 32.18 m/s. This does give Impostor a clear advantage. Even at the Fall Guys best, they are still at least twice as slow in running speed. But when talking about reactions, Fall Guys frequently dodge and weave around their giant cannons. Compared to real life ones, These get from Mach 1.1 to 3.1 in terms of speed. Meeting in the middle of that would actually match the frisbee feat pretty well. And then, Fall Guys as well can react to incoming asteroids which gives them similar speeds of Mach 50 - 73.

Then there’s them moving in tandem with lightning and lasers. The lightning feat can reach speeds of Mach 1363.46, but can be argued against as it seems he pulled his hand away from what already initially hit the target. The laser feat hits up to 0.33 c, however, also could be argued against as it doesn’t appear like they were aimed at him, or at least typical bad stormtrooper aim, which then leaves the validity of him dodging it in question. Regardless of those two feats, Impostors are definitely faster in regards to travel speed, but Fall Guys can match their reaction speed, if they aren’t just outright faster in that regard.

Arsenal & Abilities

Next is considering their weapons and abilities. The Impostor, while not as many with crossovers, still by no means is helpless. Their sabotage ability is able to mess with technology, even seemingly without interacting with it. They’ve flickered the lights just by screaming. This also stretches out to manipulating plant life, as they are able to create walls from mushrooms, and make them release spores that make everyone appear to look different to cause confusion. This ability doesn’t even go away when they are a ghost. Note however, these are likely psychedelic effects, and not quite literally happening. This sabotage is also able to somehow prevent guardian angels from putting up a shield around Crewmates… by affecting communications. It’s weird and never really fully explained, but it simply prevents ghost Crewmates from using a power.

They can stretch their bodies out dozens of feet at incredible speeds. So much that they can kill Crewmates by slamming into them. This ability doesn’t stop here. While this did appear in an April fools update, it is actually quite consistent The Impostor can manipulate their form. They can shapeshift their bodies in all kinds of ways. They’ve been able to perfectly mimic other Crewmates, and even create their pets, or just grow much larger than the Crewmates in size. This grows even more impressive when considering this would include transmuting their own skin into metal thanks to the Right Hand Man Cybernetics costume, or the mechanical pets they can create. Their forms let them slide through the vents very easily at top speeds.

Hide and seek form allows them to view a map where anyone is at, and their exact location will glow on occasion. Among (heh) this, they can turn invisible, but lose their ability to attack, create noise when they die, create a shield to protect another person as a guardian angel (these two are kind of useless here), always has vitals on hand, use tracking devices, and a variety of weapons including pistols, AK-47, a golden M2, laser guns, swords, nunchucks, sledgehammers, and more. Also a bunch of task items, but most are useless. And last but not least. Their strongest weapon is a laser specific to the cybernetic implants costume. This laser is capable of vaporizing other Crewmates, even if they also have the same implants. This is intense heat as being able to vaporize metal. Their physiology can also take intense radiation from meltdowns, and intense temperatures such as walking around in -39 degree weather, or taking dips into lava and are fine. This makes them a deadly parasite to run into.

Fall Guys are also shockingly versatile. They are physically built to take waves of damage from all kinds of things and are fine. Giant hammers, axes, ball blast explosions, dips in lava, lightning shocks, propelled by blue fire, hit by meteors, being pulled into black holes, and they are always getting back up unharmed. Lasers have shown not to bother them and even stated to straight up bounce off them. They can be turned into zombies, or even melt into slime and keep racing, and even half their top half chopped off entirely, and still race around unaffected. And after the game, they show to reganate from this state in mere minutes.  They are extremely athletic despite their clumsiness, which lets them weave, roll, and jump around oncoming obstacles.

Though the game simplifies what we see in ads, they are shown able to do flips while making jumps that go dozens of feet in the air and even swing around like Spider-Man. Their abilities come from them using their endless stamina to race for the crown 24/7. Their species has been doing this for over 2000 years, which pink showed that they can live this long at least. It does not end here, as their love for cosplay has let them show off a variety of abilities. Flying, magic, summoning costumes and items, creation, controlling lightning, transmutation, stretching their body, creating shields, manipulating the elements, shapeshifting into a bat, creating light constructs. manipulating gravity, ice manipulation, making wishes, growing or shrinking in size, creating portals, and much more. They have even left their own media into our world several times.

The Fall Guys have shown an impressive list of abilities, which aren’t usually inherent to the costume they wear. Even the ones that are costume specific, such as The Symbiote, can just be swapped to on the fly. They aren’t lacking in arsenal either. From dual lightsabers, jetpacks, Thor’s Hammer, Skeletor’s staff, to even items like The TARDIS. While we obviously aren’t scaling them to their real counterparts. They tend to show the abilities of what they are referencing. Thor’s hammer shoots lightning, Kena’s staff shoots magic, the TARDIS can teleport at least. Etc. Then there’s The Creative Tablet, which can pull people inside it and create almost any object from the game. They have shown to have this as a phone or a belt, which when interfered with, can actually just pull people inside it as a result. But the most important weapon, Is The Crown. A sentient Glowing Crown. It can fly, change size and shapes, attach to Fall Guys, and even transmute others into Fall Guys upon looking at it. It has an aura that makes all who gaze want it. A True Crown worth competing for.

When comparing these two in this category, Fall Guys just land too far ahead. They have such a large quantity of abilities, items, and resist Impostors best weapon. A few of the Impostor’s abilities like scientist or Guardian Angel are useless in a 1 v 1, and Fall Guys physiology can heavily resist the Impostor's laser. Lasers not only bounce off of them, but they resist heat to such a degree, that meteors and blue fire don’t bother them. The latter they even use to propel themselves into the air. The Impostor has a variety of guns, but Fall Guys share a variety of range options such as Skeletor’s staff, Thor’s hammer, or magic wands.

They may not have guns, but they have a variety of weapons that can match and surpass them. They also are going to be vastly harder to kill as being able to regenerate, and waddling around fine when their top half is destroyed. You could definitely argue The Impostor could shut down The tablet and phone, but the last time someone glitched out their tech, it pulled everyone inside anyway. And only The Fall Guys have the ability to actually leave the device by their immersion and fourth wall awareness. Now of course, this is only a possibility. This is the only time we have seen their device glitched out, and could easily not happen during this fight. In that case, it is a strong advantage to be able to shut down that win condition. It still leaves them with an uphill battle when it comes to the rest of the Fall Guys abilities however. Impostors aren’t helpless, but they are lagging behind in variety and amount of useful abilities.

Tertiary Factors

When it comes to combat.. Fall Guys are actually better. Many of their competitions involve them fighting each other, which they have been doing for over 2000 years. It is not fights that get fatal, but this is only because of their physiology, not because what they are doing isn’t dangerous. They are built to be able to take this kind of punishment. The Impostor is killing people who aren’t fighting back. In base game, they are usually jumping a Crewmate from behind. They certainly have more killing intent, and experience in it. But Fall Guys can compete with others who fight back for over 2000 years. While one could argue it is the simplest form of combat, ads have shown that what we see in gameplay is far more simplified than what they show to actually be doing. They show jumping dozens of feet in the air, doing flips, and weaving around much more expertly.

Conclusion

  • (Crossovers) Far less versatile

  • (Crossovers) Pentagram would one shot

  • Tail Tag

  • Somehow got overshadowed by their rip-off

  • Lord of Verminion

Ultimately, with just base game. The Impostor is not without its advantages. They were faster in four, and can shut off one of Fall Guys’ more useful pieces of tech, and by far have more experience and willingness to kill. But their ability to kill Fall Guys is where they will start to falter.

Physically speaking, even in Impostor's best case with the Skeld explosion, is still considerably weaker than Fall Guys shattering 6 giant cylinders in one swing, let alone their Black Hole feat. The Skeld feat itself is frankly debatable because Meltdowns are not explosions. They can cause one, but this could be vastly different in power and size to true entire ships' destruction. Their piercing weapons can only do so much against someone so much stronger, and built to take damage. Pierce damage is just concentrated energy, which isn’t getting through someone who’s just that much tougher. It would likely still hurt The Fall Guys, and enough concentration on hitting the same spot definitely could start to pierce through them, but then their regeneration and survivability comes into play.

They can survive with their top half destroyed, meaning The Impostor would have to essentially destroy most if not all the Fall Guy to actually keep them down, before they can just regenerate from the damage. This is made much harder when they are notably weaker. While their Laser could be brought up as a means to try and vaporize them in one go, Fall Guys resist heat and lasers to an extremely high degree. They are entirely unphased by blue fire or the meteor of a meteor, and have shown to be unbothered by Lasers hitting their head, as well as the statement that lasers bounce off them. With such high resistances to both parts of The Impostors laser, it means that it’s not going to be doing much damage at all. Once again, not helped by the fact Fall Guys are several times stronger and tougher.

The Impostor’s laser never hits another Impostor, so we can’t even be sure that it’s stronger than the AP for vaping a Crewmate, which is leagues under Fall Guys stats. Just finding a reliable method to Kill a Fallguy is going to be a serious task. And this is before considering the Fall Guy fighting back. They have such a large variety of weapons and abilities to overwhelm The Impostor. Both can be argued at matching reaction speeds, but Fall Guys have weapons that still could blitz The Impostor such as Skeletor’s staff shooting lightning, or blast balls, which could reach space in seconds. They also have things such as jetpacks or just natural flight to have a mobility advantage.

Their wishing powers could just outright destroy The Impostor, and because they are so much stronger, these weapons are even more effective. Both can turn invisible. But only The Fall Guy can actually attack while invisible. Both are vaguely implied to know martial arts, but Fall Guys have been fighting each other for far longer. And above all else, The Crown they carry would always be an option to make Among Us become a Fall Guy. The Impostor had good counters, was notably faster in foot, and had a better mindset to kill. But Fall Guys were just built Stronger, tougher, and far more armed to the… well they don’t have teeth..

And when crossovers get involved, The Impostor is extremely deadly, and has such a huge list of weapons and abilities that could give The Fall Guys serious problems, if they just weren’t so behind on physical stats. Things like The Pentagram and Emergency meeting were things Fall Guys had no counters. Even if you say Fall Guys do have resurrection, these weapons counter those in game who have it too. If stats were closer, they would absolutely secure several wins if the scenario was played multiple times. But stats just completely wash that win con off the table. Fall Guys even with their lower stats, still beat Impostors max of 9 universes, with 12 from Bomberman. And their speed of 2.95 trillion c falls flat against Fall Guys upscaling 973.11 Nonillion c.

With such a vastly superior speed edge, all their abilities lose value when they have 0 chance to use it, and their resurrection is countered since it’s both limited in the amount of times they can do it, and Fall Guys able to interact with souls, meaning they could bypass it by destroying it. The Pentagram and Emergency Meeting are also not instant, which means even after usage, the Fall Guy has time to react. Even if Killing The Impostor didn’t counter it, The Skull could nullify their attacks, leaving them helpless. And that’s before we consider Immeasurable and potentially Multi. The Fall Guys win con is just doing anything with their quite literal infinitely faster speed and vastly superior power.

While Vampire Survivors gave Impostors a nice edge in arsenal and abilities, and you could argue them superior as a fighter just due to being in more crossover fighting games, they simply couldn’t keep up the moment the beans got physical. 2 combatants were Among Us. But it appears Fall Guys ironically rose up and won the Crown!
