Princesses are often regarded as some of the wisest figures known to man, looked upon for their abilities to balance wisdom and valor in equal measure - not just for guiding their peoples to a better tomorrow, but to stand up for them in the face of mortal danger. A simple precept to be sure, but such a description perfectly describes the two heroines set to take center stage for this year’s mid-season finale, whose grace and radiant beauty match the amazing power they wield as tenacious warriors that enact judgement upon evildoers on a near daily basis:
She-Ra, the mighty Princess of Power from Masters of the Universe. Wonder Woman, DC Comics’ stalwart Goddess of Truth. After 3 years, Diana of Themyscira marks her third return to the Death Battle arena, now back to face off against a fellow warrior princess with a divine birthright in the form of the Strongest Woman in the Universe; with their steel tempered and their instruments of war at the ready, the stage is set for one hell of a deific clash before the break begins - which of these heroes will assume the throne as the fairest and strongest of them all?
A Heads Up from Ya Bois
The story of Princess Adora tends to differ notably between the many different Masters of the Universe continuities. For example, in the original series, She-Ra is not a member of the First One race, unlike in the recent reboot continuity. Due to Death Battle usually focusing on the primary source, differences newer continuities have with the original series will likely be ignored. For this blog, we will take a similar approach to the show itself. In other words, the original She-Ra series will be our primary source for backstory and feats, while material and alternate series such as the Netflix reboot and the comic series will be supporting evidence as long as they do not deviate too much from the original cartoon.
Wonder Woman’s main source is obviously her DC Comics history, but cartoons and games will be accounted for as secondary sources.
Background
She-Ra
In the land of Eternia, there were two twins who were born for greatness - Princess Adora and Prince Adam. They were destined to go down as legends, and the villains of opposing planet Etheria were well aware of that fact. To prevent their future heroics, the vile mastermind known as Skeletor planned to infiltrate Castle Grayskull and steal the two children.
Upon coming into contact with the children, Skeletor managed to successfully capture the sister Adora, but was stopped from capturing Adam due to the interference of the Sorceress. Unable to take Adam, he left him behind and stole only Adora, presenting her to his master, Lord Hordak. In order to use Adora’s own innate power for their evil deeds, she would be raised as a member of the Horde by Hordak’s second-hand, Shadow Weaver, transforming her into one of Lord Hordak’s greatest officers, General Despara.
During her time as General Despera, she would come into contact with her brother, Adam (who at this time was going by a different title - He-Man), as well as the Sorceress that prevented Skeletor from taking him. After interacting with them, Adora grew more curious about her past and whether Shadow Weaver had told her the truth about where she came from. Adora would later find her answer when she came across the Crystal Castle.
Inside the castle, she discovered the mythical Sword of Protection. Using this sword, she was able to uncover the truth behind her origin, learning that she was in fact the sister of the legendary He-Man she had previously encountered. Overwhelmed by this revelation, she decided to make amends for her crimes committed as General Despara by becoming the heroic Princess of Power, She-Ra, working together with her brother He-Man to defeat Hordak and Skeletor.
Wonder Woman
Long, long ago, when humans were far less advanced than they were now, the Greek gods created an island that was nigh impossible to find called Themyscira and populated it with the world’s most powerful warriors: The Amazons. The Amazons were 100% women and trained day and night to hone their skills as fighters, making them far better than any normal man. And Themyscira stayed like this for millennia.
That is until one day in World War I, when a man by the name of Steve Trevor accidentally crash landed on the island. Steve was a fighter in World War I (though different versions of this story have him being a soldier in other time periods like World War II) and told the Amazons about what was happening in the outside world. As a result, the queen of the Amazons, Hippolyta, elected to hold a tournament to see which of their warriors would make their way to the “world of man” as their ambassador.
Enter Diana, Hippolyta’s daughter and princess of the Amazons. Diana’s birth was different from most: she was molded from clay itself and given her power by the gods, who expected her to be something special in her adult life. However, Hippolyta had forbidden Diana from entering the tournament due to the dangers it presented. But Diana, like most rebellious children who are told not to do something, did it anyway while hiding her identity.
At the end of the tournament, there was one final test: to deflect a bullet fired from a gun, and only Diana was able to do so. While her mother was unhappy to see that her daughter had broken her rules, she still decided to let Diana be their ambassador. But from this day forth, she took on a far more badass name: Wonder Woman.
As Wonder Woman, Diana proved herself to be one of the most capable people in the entire world. Thanks to the powers granted to her by the gods, she was incredibly powerful, comparable to the likes of other DC Heralds like Superman. So it was no surprise that she ended up being a founding member of the DCU’s main team of superheroes: the Justice League, as well as being one of the heads of the Justice League alongside Superman, Batman, and Green Lantern. Truly, Wonder Woman showed that the Amazons were worthy of being the guardians of mankind.
Equipment
She-Ra
Sword of Protection
Adora’s de facto weapon, it is what allows her to transform into She-Ra. It’s empowered by Castle Grayskull, and by extension, the Starseed/Goddess. She also draws power from Crystal Castle, and its Moonstone. To add onto all of these, she potentially can draw power from the Eyes of Grayskull as long as they’re placed in Castle Grayskull (though it’s worth noting that they never were while She-Ra was present in the story before being destroyed). Due to the gem in her sword in the 2012 comics canon having a connection to the Eyes of Grayskull through being forged in the same fires of the Starseed as it, it’s possible she can have some of the range they provide (all of time and space to be exact), but the possibility of this is never touched upon. She-Ra can also use her sword to draw upon the mystical power of the planet Etheria itself, increasing her strength beyond her usual levels.
The Sword of Protection gets its name from its unique capability of almost instantly healing life threatening wounds such as impalation and almost complete severation of the head, and creating barrier/protection spells. It has also been shown to be capable of redirecting and absorbing magic attacks. In terms of combat, She-Ra mostly uses the Sword of Protection to fire magical and ice-based beams rather than actual sword slashes (blame 1980s violence laws), though many other canons and side media show that she does have experience using it as an actual sword.
The Sword of Protection is also unique from the Sword of Power in that it has the ability to change shape. She-Ra can transform the Sword of Protection into a variety of weapons or tools through spoken command:

The sword’s shapeshifting isn’t limited to just taking on new forms, also capable of regenerating itself almost instantly after being completely shattered.
Shield
In addition to the Sword of Protection’s ability to turn into a shield, She-Ra has a shield of her own she can use at any time, meaning she doesn’t have to turn her sword into a shield and restrict her options.
Swift Wind
No, not one of the guests that appears on the G1DBFB. Swift Wind is an alicorn (Winged unicorn) that serves as one of Adora’s greatest friends, as well as a noble steed that She-Ra rides into battle. In terms of its combat abilities, it can telepathically communicate with She-Ra as well as other unicorns, giving it utility on long range spying and reconannise. She-Ra can also ride upon Swift Wind’s back, allowing for greater maneuverability while in the air as well as additional speed. It has greatly enhanced strength, capable of reversing an eclipse by simply pulling the moon; Swift Wind is also extremely fast, able to fly around Etheria against the planet's rotation fast enough to transport himself and She-Ra through time and into the past.
Bubble Power Armor
This power armour was designed to increase She-Ra’s stamina. It also allows She-Ra to funnel her energy at any enemy that she is facing through fumes.
Bubble Blower
This weapon comes along with the Bubble Power Armour, which allows She-Ra to fire bubbles that can form an all around protective shield around multiple people.
Staff of Despara
This was one of Adora’s main weapons before switching over to the Sword of Protection. With this battle staff, she was able to keep up with her brother He-Man in combat. It’s also capable of resurrection, having been used to resurrect Skeletor at one point in the “Masters of the Universe Classics” canon.
Dual Swords of Despara
While She-Ra doesn’t use these weapons anymore as a result of wielding the Sword of Protection and no longer being a member of the Horde, she has used these dual blades effectively in the past. Her extensive swordsmanship training from the Horde allows her to make the most of their sharp edges.
Wonder Woman
Lasso of Truth
Wonder Woman’s most famous piece of equipment and her primary weapon: the golden Lasso of Truth. It is forged from the purest gold and is said to be incorruptible. This magical tether is famous for being able to force anyone to tell the truth when it so much as touches them, but it’s more than just a lie detector. The multi-use lariat is infinite in length and strength as well as unbreakable to most, sturdy enough to help pull the Earth and slice Martian Manhunter into ribbons.
The lasso is also capable of other magical abilities. It has used the truth to slay a creature of Death and forced a thug to relive his entire life, driving him to suicide. Additionally, victims can be forced to face reality or the future of their decisions. The lasso can use the truth to force people to revert back into their original forms, and can also be used to free people and other beings from mind control or drive off the influences of anyone proficient in telepathy.
The lasso can summon the Fires of Hestia, which are powerful flames that can burn Black Lanterns into ashes and be used as protection from monsters. Not even the Olympian gods have resistance against these flames. The lasso possesses other miscellaneous magical abilities, such as conducting magical energy, mind controlling others, and pouring life into others. It has shown itself to be very effective against demons especially.
Finally, the lasso is capable of various soul manipulating abilities. Users of the lasso can go inside people’s souls and look through their memories, attack and torture souls, “napalm” them, and bring themselves into the user’s soul. No spirit can escape the lasso’s hold.
Bracelets of Submission
weirdly kinky name
All Amazons wear these special indestructible metal cuffs called the Bracelets of Submission. It is a sign of the pain and suffering their people were victim to when under the rule of Hercules. Even after he no longer controlled them, they kept the bracelets to remind them of his oppression. Diana has gotten hers modified, mainly using them alongside her quick reflexes to block projectiles. They are tough enough to block both Zeus’ and Nekron’s lightning, can conjure forcefields, and, for offense, are able to shoot devastating Aegis lightning.
Gauntlets of Atlas and Sandals of Hermes
These gauntlets and sandals amplify Wonder Woman’s strength and speed. With the Gauntlets of Atlas, Wonder Woman’s physical strength increases by about 10 fold, while with the Sandals of Hermes, she can move faster and fly.
Sword of Hephaestus
While Wonder Woman has used many different blades throughout the years, this is her most common sword (though not the only one that will be mentioned in this blog). The sword is extremely special in that it was made by the smith god and its name-sake, Hephaestus, and has divinely potent precision. It is capable of slicing down to the atomic level, moving between atoms and their bonds. The Sword of Hephaestus can even split a nucleus, which, when done, releases enough energy to cause a nuclear explosion. It is also strong enough to pierce some of the most powerful beings in the DC Universe, such as Darkseid and Doomsday.
Godwave Sword
A sword with the energy of the Godwave within, this grants Wonder Woman enough power to kill immortal gods such as Ares.
Shield
This Greek shield, like all of Wonder Woman’s other weapons, is extremely durable, and has shown itself to be capable of blocking attacks from extremely powerful beings such as Doomsday as well as Lantern constructs. It can also block magical attacks and projectiles.
Tiara
Made out of Amazonium, the hardest metal known to the universe. This tiara is mostly used as a thrown projectile with enough power to decapitate a god. In terms of throwing speed, Wondie can throw it quick enough to tag and hit Cheetah, who is consistently stated to be nearly as fast as The Flash. It can also be used to hit projectiles.
Bolt of Zeus
This bolt was created by the Greek god Zeus. This weapon is one of Wonder Woman’s most powerful, able to easily shatter entire mountains and cause massive shockwaves when used. However, due to its immense destructive power, she doesn’t use it often. Wonder Woman can also utilise its electricity to revive someone.
Golden Armour
This Golden Armour was designed by Pallas and given to Wonder Woman as a gift. Due to how strong this armour is, Diana only uses it when facing a particularly powerful foe, such as Devastation. In terms of its combat abilities, it provides invulnerability to explosions, gunfire, electricity, and most physical as well as energy based attacks. It also gives the user a protected air supply in case they are underwater or in space.
Lansinarian Morphing Disk
Given to Wonder Woman by the Lansinarians, the Morphing Disk has multiple different functions, making it an extremely versatile tool both in and out of combat.
The Morphing Disk is a sentient machine that can transform into a larger structure called the Wonderdome, which is large enough to house the entire populace of Themyscira and is so durable that both Superman and Wonder Woman herself can’t damage it. In terms of speed, it is fast enough to break the time barrier and see events that have taken place in the past, and can even pierce the boundaries between dimensions to travel to other universes.
The Morphing Disk also has vast psychic power, enough that it has been able to hide the presence of Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman from some of the most powerful psychics in the DC universe, including Martian Manhunter. It can also read the minds of an entire planet at once and fight on the mental plane. It can also modify itself to match Diana’s preferences.
Invisible Jet
Wonder-Woman’s main form of transportation, despite most versions of Wonder Woman being able to fly. She keeps this plane in case she needs to fly over long distances. It can also go invisible, which, duh.
Abilities
She-Ra
Resistances
Due to She-Ra’s magical body, Adora, like her brother He-Man, has developed some notable resistances:
- Soul-Hax Resistance: Due to having an innate connection to Castle Grayskull, He-Man and She-Ra are naturally able to protect themselves from getting their soul manipulated or destroyed by outside forces.
- Mind Hax Resistance: The Sword of Protection was able to completely heal her of the negative influence of Shadow Weaver. He-Man, who She-Ra is comparable to and draws from the same power source as, was able to resist the mind manipulating forces of the Starseed, a condensed form of the Big Bang that created infinite universes and is described to be capable of granting “anything”, which is backed up by Skeletor wanting it for its reality warping properties.
- Illness Immunity: He-Man and She-Ra due to their magically enhanced bodies whilst transformed can’t get sick or suffer any illness.
- Transmutation Resistance: He-Man could physically keep a palace from shrinking due to a “transmutator”, to the point where he was making the palace so durable that the “transmutator” exploded.
Soul Interaction
She-Ra can harm and destroy intangible phantoms through the use of her magic.
Telepathy
She-Ra has the power of telepathy. She can use this ability to communicate with humans as well as humans. Her telepathy is so great that she can communicate across lightyears away and sense their emotional states. She-Ra and He-Man also possess a mental connection with their respective shorts being able to communicate with it as well as allow He-Man and She-Ra to receive visions and warnings.
Super-Breath
She-Ra can use her breath to blow enemies away such as the time she used it on some Horde Soliders
Electrokinesis
Both the Sword of Power and the Sword of Protection have the ability to manipulate electricity. He-Man using the Sword of Power was able to emit lighting from his sword in order to amplify his strikes. The Sword of Power is also able to create a huge electromagnetic forcefield in order to obliterate two towers (note that She-Ra is capable of using the same abilities due to Sword of Protection being a copy of the Sword of Power). Using the Sword of Protection, She-Ra is able to call forth lightning from the skies in order to smite her foes. She can also channel electricity through her sword and fire it back at a foe.
Hydrokinesis
She-Ra can control the ocean’s water to the extent of being able to drown sea serpents somehow.
Dimensional Portals
While neither Adora nor Adam have been shown using this power. The Sword of Power/Sword of Protection is capable of opening up dimensions in order to seal objects/people in - King Grayskull used this ability to seal Hordak and his army away.
Cyrokinesis
She-Ra is able to manipulate the ice/snow in order to turn snow into ice blades/walls to knock down Horde Soldiers. She can also channel ice beams through her sword.
Healing
She-Ra can naturally heal things and living beings, even without the use of her sword, via hand contact, though it likely isn’t as quickly affecting.
Transmutation
Using the Sword of Protection, She-Ra can transform/change objects such as Swift Wind’s Transformation from an ordinary horse to a Winged Unicorn, or turning monsters into stone.
Size Manipulation
She-Ra’s Sword of Protection can make things triple in size.
De-enchantment
She-Ra can undo spells of various kinds, including transmutation.
Longevity
Since she’s physically linked to Castle Grayskull, Adora’s body can suffer a lot more than a normal body normally should. For example, her brother Adam had his throat slit to the point where his head was apparently almost severed completely, but he managed to stay alive for hours until Adora could later heal him with her healing capabilities. Adora herself also managed to live a decent amount of time after being impaled by Hordak.
Wonder Woman
Divine Empowerment
Due to being a half-god,half-amazon, Wonder Woman shares great Superhuman Strength,Speed and Durability as well as Superhuman Stamina and Reflexes. In particular Wonder Woman has great superhuman hearing and eyesight as Wonder Woman can hear a fair distance away from herself. Her eyesight is too the point that she can see things as small as plankton with the naked eye. Her mystical sight also allows her to see in the dark and through illusions,
Flight
Wonder Woman was given the ability to fly by the Messenger God, Hermes. Wonder Woman is capable of flying at speeds of greater than escape velocity.
Immortality/Longevity
Due to her status as a half god/half-amazon. Wonder Woman can age much longer than a normal human being as well as immortality to a significant degree. While she still can be killed, she has an extensive healing factor that was granted to her by Demeter, the Goddess of Earth, which will heal her injuries at an extremely fast rate. Her healing factor is so great that she suffered a massive head trauma, compound fractures and multiple organ failure and healed it all up in three hours.
Wisdom of Athena
Granted to her by the Goddess of Wisdom. Diana is one of the most intelligent heroes in the DC Universe. She is multilingual, being able to speak many languages including:

The Wisdom of Athena has made her an expert strategist and leader. As such, she is the key strategist of the Justice League besides Batman. She also possesses a photographic memory.

Due to being blessed by Athena and Artemis, Wonder Woman is easily able to detect beings and their emotions, as such she can use this ability to communicate with animals. She can use this ability to calm down angry beings such as the time she calmed down an entire group of dinosaurs.
Master Hand to Hand Combatant
Trained by the Amazons as well as Master I-Ching. Wonder Woman is a master of most martial arts as well as Amazonian Martial Arts.
Weapon Mastery
All her life, Wonder Woman has been trained to be proficient in just about any weapon she owns or picks up. This includes swords, spears, shields, axes, her own lasso, and various other combat tools.
Telepathy
Wonder Woman is able to telepathically communicate with other beings. She can telepathically sense things such as divine beings, divinely-charged beings and heat. She also possesses impressive mental resistances as she endured a mental attack for 117 days. In fact, she’s immune to Maxwell Lord’s mind control.

Power of the Crystal Castle
She-Ra can invoke the power of the Crystal Castle, the “power of all Etheria” in order to increase her magical power. She used this to form a force field around Castle Bright Moon. In terms of how powerful this version of She-Ra is, she taps into the full power of Etheria which has been shown comparable to Castle Grayskull and considering how those who have the full power of Castle Grayskull can reshape the universe, it’s pretty powerful.
Wonder Woman
Godforce
Throughout her adventures, The Bracelets of Submission act as a seal - sealing Wonder Woman from her true untapped power. When Wonder Woman decides to go all out and remove the bracelets, she enters an entirely new state of power that is comparable to the Greek Gods such as Zeus, Hades and Poseidon. With this new power she is able to defeat enemies that were previously thought to be impossible to defeat such as the Demi-God, the Firstborn - who destroyed the Underworld. However, tapping into too much of this power can cause her to lose her humanity and as such she only uses this power-up when she absolutely needs to.

For starters, Adora has been brainwashed and manipulated for many years in her past before He-Man finally reunited with her. She-Ra is more of a strategist in outsmarting her foes, and has the same trait as He-Man of disliking violence, preferring to try and peacefully end a fight. She’s a pacifist, and without contact with her sword, she loses a good portion of her strength.
It is also possible that the Sword of Protection can break. The Sword of Protection is where Adora gets her power, so if broken she will lose all her powers as She-Ra. He-Man was actually able to break his own sword, and the Sword of Protection has been broken in the comics, which further suggests this. (The Netflix version of She-Ra is also capable of going berserk as a result of the Ancient One’s virus, but this likely won’t be included due to being situational and contradictory to the original series)
Wonder Woman
Wonder-Woman may be extremely powerful, but even she has some weaknesses. Wonder Woman constantly clashes with her godly power and her humanity. As such, she purposefully limits her own power out of fear of losing her humanity - only tapping into the Godforce when she is 100% backed into a corner. If she is unable to use her power through magic that is stronger than the gods or the gods being unwilling to give her power, she will lose the vast majority of her strength.
Wonder-Woman has also shown difficulty when dealing with piercing weapons such as swords and bullets (hence the infamous Wonder Woman needs to block bullets meme), meaning a strong enough sword or piercing weapon can stab her and end her right there and then (such as the time Earth 2 Wonder-Woman was murdered by SteppenWolf).

With very little investment in this fight, the only hope I have is that this is the fight where DB finally does Wonder Woman justice. That said, the last two episodes she was in were kinda gigabotch-y, so there’s really not much of a high bar to clear.
Anyway, if I had to go with someone to win this, “DC wins lol” has been a thing and I’d like this to be the first ep to break that trend so yeah go She-Ra beat the shit outta Gal Gadot and maybe start the arc where DC loses forever

Honestly, this fight surprised me, at first i was like “huh, why did they do this matchup” but then the more i thought about it, the more i was like - yeah that actually makes a lot of sense. In all honestly i wish they would have done this rather than Thor vs Wonder Woman but i don’t think the animation would be as good (I saw a preview of the animation and it looks great). I have been enjoying researching this fight a lot especially considering this is the closest fight of the season despite how powerful these characters are - in all honesty, i could definitely see this fight going to either combatant but ultimately i am going to have to choose a victor for this bout.
Considering the information that we have gotten from the DEATH BATTLE Cast - the fact that comics are going to be used in this fight honestly makes me lean towards She-Ra for this victory surprisingly despite some iffy things.
Let’s talk about which category that Wonder Woman definitely wins which is Speed. Even when scaling She-Ra to Zodac who can travel to anywhere in the universe instantly which means he must be moving at Massively Faster Than Light Speeds, Wonder Woman is still faster with her extremely famous famous Shattered God feat where she blocked trillions upon trillions of shards from across the universe, moving at the very least quadrillions of times faster than light. While both fights are MFTL, Wonder-Woman definitely has the edge in sheer speed in both shown feats and scaling.
I would also say that Wonder Woman has the edge in experience, due to being at the very least a thousand years old thanks to her longevity as well as her constant amazon training compared with She-Ra who is in her 20s-30s and while she has been training all her life, it can’t really compare to Wonder Woman’s hundreds of years of experience.
While i think Wonder Woman handily takes Speed and Experience, the other categories are a bit tricker to decide. Ultimately i think taking just the cartoon in consideration - Wonder Woman has Destructive Capability and Reliability considering their best pure strength feats. Wonder Woman has pulled the sun which due to a Sun’s size should at least be 2.7 Yottatons
to 16.512 Ninatons or Large Planet Level compared to She-Ra’s best Strength Feat in the cartoon which is drop kicking which has been calced at 973.264 yottatons of TNT to 1.27 ninatons of TNT.From pure strength feats, it is extremely close but Wonder-Woman has the slight edge.
However, this is taking into account just cartoon feats for She-Ra and no scaling so it’s likely both fighters are much higher. She-Ra in terms of scaling definitely scales to He-Man considering both of them have been shown comparable of similar feats and in a possible future, bested He-Man in one on one combat and killed him and this was amped up He-Man who defeated Hordak (who had the Eyes of Grayskull) and Skeletor. It should also be noted in the comics - She-Ra was powerful enough to destroy the Eyes of Grayskull, which empowered Skeletor enough to be capable of destroying the Starseed. This is extremely consistent as 80s He-Man with just his power was able to shatter the Starseed. Considering that the Star-Seed contains the energies of infinite big bangs that should put She-Ra at Multiversial Level. ( Note: This Starseed Shattering Feat Happened on February 2020 and considering DEATH BATTLE’s pipeline,this feat may not be used to decide the outcome)
Wonder-Woman on the other hand scales to Superman considering she has fought against him numerous times. Superman after being sun dipped destroyed the World Forger's masterpiece - which is a new multiverse. Superman also defeated The World Forger. While it is true that Superman had to dip in the sun - this was likely to simply restore his powers as he had been extremely weakened. As such Superman’s being strong enough to destroy the World Forger’s Multiverse even if you lowball it with the whole sun/dips argument, Wonder Woman should at least be Universe Level. This is also consistent with the fact Green Lanterns survived Universes Exploding in their face such as the same with Killowog on Crisis on Infinite Earths.
As such in terms of Destructive Capability i would say She-Ra with comics would be Multiverse Level while Wonder Woman would be Universe Level. I would lean towards giving She-Ra the edge.
In terms of Durability, She-Ra has tanked hits from He-Man while in her General Despera form who shattered the Starseed containing the energies of infinite big bang that should put her Durability at Multiverse Level. Wonder Woman has taken hits from Universe Busters such as Green Lantern and Superman so i would say her Durability is Universe Level.
Ultimately i would say that taking everything into account - Wonder Woman has the edge in speed while She-Ra has the edge in Destructive Capability and Durability.
She-Ra should also have the edge in versatility and weaponry. While technically Wonder Woman has more weapons then She-Ra. She-Ra’s Sword of Protection is far more versatile than anything Wonder Woman has being able to transform into numerous combat and non combat weapons, such as:
- Swords
- Flaming Blade
- Shields
- Bolas
- Staffs
- Maces
- Ropes
She-Ra has a lot of versatility when it comes to her weapons both in combat and non-comb at plus even with the Sword of Protection she also has Dual Swords, a Battle Staff as well as Bubble Power Armour and Bubble Armour. The sheer amount of things She-Ra’s weapon can transform her put her versatility above Wonder Womans.I would also say generally she has a more effective arsenal than Wonder Woman due to the fact that due to 80s Lazy Writing, She-Ra has a lot of tools that she create using the Sword of Protection that can get her out of any situation compared to Wonder Woman who while has plenty - relies mostly on swords,her bracelets and her lasso so generally i would consider She-Ra to be more versatile and have a stronger arsenal.
Ultimately, I do think this matchup is extremely close and could honestly go either way but I am leaning towards She-Ra due to being more durable,having more destructive capability as well as having a much more effective arsenal and being more versatile despite Wonder Woman’s edge in speed and experience. Looks like She-Ra is going to cut Wonder Woman down to size.
DEATH BATTLE is going on a break for 10 weeks but that doesn’t mean we at the G1DBFB won’t be releasing some cool blogs in the future.

Man I’m hype for this one. Wonder Woman is one of my favorite DC characters and I’m stoked to see her come back. She-Ra is also super cool
Wondie is universal-low multiversal pretty easily. There’s a plethora of DC herald feats on those levels, and Wondie gets easy scaling to that via constantly fighting heralds. Speed is also pretty obvious due to the iconic Shattered God feat, which gets double digit quintillion times light speed. Now, I have heard of stuff for heralds such as breaking Anti-Monitor’s armor and shit like that, but I don’t think those are consistent enough for me to buy them, especially when that makes them multiversal+, which is on par with a heavily amped Superman, which doesn’t make sense.
She-Ra with the cartoon is solidly around dwarf star via numerous moon moving feats and there are some universal arguments for her. As for speed, she’s comparable to Zodac, who can travel from one point of the universe to another in an instant, which is 2.9 quintillion times FTL.
With the cartoon She-Ra is kind of fucked. She’s way slower and weaker. However, the big debate comes from the comics of He-Man and whether Death Battle will use it. Personally, I see no reason why Death Battle shouldn’t use them, as they are canon and using it is no different than using Legends for Obi-Wan. Death Battle likely won’t use them as a main argument, but this prediction is what I think should happen, not what will happen.
With that said, She-Ra with the comics is solidly around multiversal+ in power and durability. 80’s He-Man in the canon crossover shattered the Starseed, which created an infinite multiverse, and he survived the explosion as a result of him cracking it. Wondie has a solid edge in experience and skill given her time as a warrior, but She-Ra certainly is no slouch in that regard. Wondie has a really good list of hax, such as soul manipulation and the atom cutting sword. However, She-Ra, to put it simply, resists nearly ALL of these abilities. The atom cutting sword isn’t really durability negation. Atomic bonds require energy to cut through, and if you’re opponent is far too durable, like She-Ra, chances are it’s not gonna cut through. The Lasso of Truth’s mind manipulation won’t work given how He-Man has resisted it before, and considering how She-Ra draws from the same power source as He-Man, it’s no stretch to say that she can also resist mind manipulation. The Lasso has soul manipulation and destruction, but She-Ra has resisted soul manipulation from the likes of Skeletor, who could manipulate billions of souls all at once, way above what the lasso has shown. Even Wondie’s power null won't mean much considering how Adora normally is still capable of fighting He-Man level threats, so she’d also be too strong for Wondie. Meanwhile, She-Ra has plenty of abilities to keep her in the game, such as time travel and incredibly potent regeneration. Those really aren’t major advantages, but they really make it difficult for Wondie to reliably kill Adora.
Wonder Woman’s speed and skill certainly make her a challenging opponent for Adora, and being honest, I think Wondie is going to win the actual episode. However, as I have said before, this is a prediction of who I think should win. With that said, I think She-Ra’s overwhelming power, impressive durability, perfect resistances, and more reliable abilities should give her the win in a hard fought battle.

Ah, yeah, Danny vs Jake was just what the doctor ordered. Both characters were represented well, the fight was fun, the verdict wasn’t entirely a number lecture, and it got some of that sweet trending clout thanks to Butch. My favorite episode of the season, can’t wait to see what episode 10 holds in sto-
Blah, blah, blah, comic burnout and all that, too much DC etc., but I guess it’s the fault of the hectic schedule this year, since Genos vs War Machine and Cable vs Booster Gold weren’t even meant for this first half. Bummer that half our fights so far have Marvel and/or DC, so hoping all these comic fights are frontloaded season 6 style (what a blissful second half).
But anyway, He-Man returning is pretty sick, though I’m not as eager for Wonder Woman the third time around. She’ll get good research and surely her best animation yet, but...eh. Also, coming from someone who has Diana as like, his favorite female character ever, I...kinda want her to lose? DC L against non-Marvel would be a pretty big milestone, and absolutely refreshing to end off this half.
But will that happen? Let’s see.
Right off the bat, without the comics, Adora has no chance of victory. She’d be weaker, far slower, and Wondie’s arsenal would easily shred her.
But there’s absolutely no reason to not have the comics in, as they’re not too contradictory and fall in place with DB’s guidelines. Now, this is a debate.
So right away with power, the comics give He-Man some blatantly Multiversal+ shit with that Starseed. Very, very nice. And of course, She-Ra should have no problem scaling. She fights the same opponents and draws from the same power source. This isn’t necessarily an outlier, either, as Skeletor also possessed the power to destroy it with the Eyes of Grayskull. So yeah, She-Ra’s ludicrously strong, one of the strongest combatants the show has seen.
Wonder Woman is easy, the Universal feats in DC are numerous, and she clearly scales being such a heavy hitter. You can play around with multiversal stuff like Anti-Monitor scaling, but that seems like a stretch to me. I’d personally put Diana anywhere from Universal+ to Low Multiversal. In any situation, Adora takes the power advantage handily.
Speed is pretty clear. Zodac’s universe crossing is cool and all, but it doesn’t stack up to the already established dummy fast feats in DC. I’m gonna keep this short, Diana’s taking speed for days. Even Skeletor crossing the multiverse doesn’t have an easily obtainable timeframe.
Both these gals can take one hell of a beating, and both have good defense on their side. But, well, power scales back to durability eventually, so....nothing new there.
Now let’s get all the secondary stuff out of the way.
Diana’s far more experienced and is the better fighter. Plus, she can fly more easily.
She-Ra’s sword grants her more defensive, regenerative, and long range capabilities.
Other than that, their abilities bounce off each other, nothing too interesting. Adora resists everything good from the Lasso, from soul destruction to mind control. I doubt Swift Wind will even come into play.
Wanna wrap this up, so I’m siding in the favor of the Princess of Power. Diana holds several advantages in speed, skill, and experience, but I doubt she can top Adora’s overwhelming power, unwavering durability, and perfectly suited resistances. She’s gonna be left Wondering how to win.
But of course, this is what I think SHOULD happen, I have a feeling Diana’s gonna win the actual episode.
But whatever.
So that’s the last blog for the first half of season 7. 2 month break is gonna be a bit boring, but at least DBX is there. But moreso, we’ve got some cool mid season blogs coming, the first of which should be revealed at the bottom.

So, after a thorough analysis based on the research of others, I have concluded that...this is sadly still going to be a stomp for Wonder Woman -___-
Yes, despite She-Ra’s initial showing of seeming to be the more impressive of the two, it seems that’s not going to stop Wonder Woman from being stupidly overpowered. DC, you need to put your characters on a fucking leash.
I said this when I first joined with Gray vs Esdeath: I am not a calculation person. I am a man driven by hard logic. While my track record is spotty, as all of my slam dunks were pretty much gimmes, I’m drawing a line in the sand here. If I’m wrong on this one...well I’m just gonna be that guy that’s going to always argue for the controversially clear loser XD. (I.e Mal and I dying on Mount Kakashi together)
As of right now, I’m tossing my bets on Wonder Woman going 2 for 3 in Death Battle. She-Ra might be able to resist some of her hax, but that won’t help her if Wonder Woman is, like, directly sword clapping her in the face much harder and much faster than anything She-Ra can hope to stop and that’s not even getting into any physical boosts she might get when she takes off the bracelets.
Without scaling and comparing the two 1 to 1 using only primary source material--i.e no comics--Wonder Woman absolutely tears She-Ra a new one by not even a fact of 2x difference (only 1.5 times), but that doesn’t mean much when the numeric difference is about 700 septillion tons.
Scaling up would be to the point of ridiculousness for both. You have universal and multi-versial shattering feats, but a lot of it looks like more verbage and shilling and less something physical that can be measured. But that’s just me being lazy because I dislike up-scaling to the point of absurdity -__-
And this isn’t even getting into the fact that She-Ra’s weapon being broken would cause her to lose all of her powers, whereas if Wondie lost her weapons, she’d be just fine. And since Wonder Woman’s famous sword can cut down to the atomic level, it’s entirely likely this weakness could be exploited given He-Man was able to break his own sword with just his physical might.
I would love to see She-Ra win and take DC down a peg or two. But I feel like Wonder Woman’s superior speed and strength is going to net her the win. Is it any wonder DC will lasso another victory that will leave everyone She-ranting.

Looks like Wonder Woman is coming back for her 3rd Death Battle, and this time it’s going to be an opponent who will actually put up a challenge (She wouldn’t lose to Rogue if done by modern Death Battle and DC heralds are generally stronger than Marvel heralds). Anyway, DC has once again been on a winning streak after Ghost Rider vs Lobo. Crazy, isn’t it? Will this streak continue or will She-Ra become the first non-Marvel character to beat a combatant from DC? Let’s find out.
At their strongest, both combatants have fought multiverse level foes or have performed multiverse level feats. However, She-Ra has been able to perform more multiverse-level feats than Diana. Therefore, both characters are in the same ballpark but with She-Ra being slightly stronger. The same thing can be said about their durability as both characters have taken hits from heavy hitters like He-Man and Superman.
However, Wonder Woman has a greater advantage in speed, mostly thanks to her great feats of blocking trillions and trillions of shards across the universe and moving the moon across dimensions. Each of them are at massively faster than light speeds. She-Ra has her own impressive speed feats by scaling to characters who reacted and intercept entities that traveled between galaxies and across the universe. However, these feats still pale in comparison to Diana’s speed feats.
Now let’s move on to their abilities and arsenal. Both combatants have a wide variety of abilities. Both have a healing factor and can live for a very long time, but other than those, they have different powers. She-Ra can control certain elements such as electricity, water, and ice and create dimensional portals. In addition, she has a powerful super breath, is capable of transmutation and size manipulation, can interact with souls, undo spells, have telepathy, and possess a couple of resistances. Diana has divine empowerment, flight, wisdom from Athena (the Greek goddess of wisdom and war), animal empathy, mastery over weapons and hand to hand combat, and the crazy feats she performed in the Golden and Silver Age of comics.
As for their arsenal, She-Ra is most known for her Sword of Protection, which transforms Adora into She-Ra, heals its user, and can transform into other weapons and items. Of course, she has other weapons such as the Bubble Armor, Bubble Blower, and shield, but the Sword of Protection is her main weapon of choice. With Wonder Woman, her well known arsenal are her Lasso of Truth, Bracelets of Submission, and Sword of Hephaestus. In addition to those weapons, Diana also has the Sandals of Hermes, a shield, the Godwave sword, her tiara, Zeus’ thunderbolt, her Golden Armor, and the morphing disk. Out of all these weapons, Diana’s lasso is the most dangerous due to its numerous utilities. It can weaponize truth itself, mind control others and ward off telepathic attacks, use the Fires of Hestia, and affect people’s souls.
Finally, there’s their transformations. Well, technically, She-Ra herself is a transformation for Adora, but she can also tap into the full power of Etheria to increase her magical power. As for Wonder Woman, by removing the Bracelets of Submission, she unleashes her true power which rivals the likes of Zeus, Poseidon, and Hades.
So how do these abilities and arsenal compare with each other? Well, She-Ra has soul resistance and mind resistance, so some of the Lasso of Truth’s abilities will be useless. However, Diana also has mind resistance as well as resistance to transmutation, so She-Ra’s telepathy and transmutation abilities will also be rendered useless. But even then, the lasso is still not out. And believe Diana’s superior speed and the lasso will be the DC character’s key to victory.
The lasso, even without its mind control capabilities and soul manipulation, can still be used to reveal She-Ra’s weakness, which is the Sword of Protection. Should the Sword of Protection break, Adora loses all of her powers as She-Ra. While Adora is still strong on her own since she fought He-Man as Despara, Wonder Woman has still fought multiversal beings such as Nemesis and in her base form scales to other characters who have fought multiverse level enemies. And while the Sword of Protection can reform itself in an instance, that’s when Diana’s speed advantage comes on. I believe Diana will be able to deliver the killing blow before Adora can get a chance to retrieve her sword.
Honestly though, it’s a tough call to make, and my choice could end up being wrong. This fight is much closer than recent episodes, and it’s possible that DC could finally lose to someone who’s not from Marvel. Plus, it has been frustrating for some Death Battle fans that DC has been winning a lot of episodes recently. However, at the end of the day, my vote goes to Wonder Woman. Sorry guys, but She-Ra will get She-Wrecked.

I don’t know why I was included on this blog. I mean, I know pretty much nothing about She-Ra and I’m not exactly a comic expert to help out with Wonder Woman either. I suppose it’s mostly because of my name being the same as She-Ra’s horse (if spelled a little differently), but that’s about all I can think of. Still, if I’m here, I might as well give my own verdict, so, here goes…
First off, let’s put aside the elephant in the room about He-Man and let’s focus on She-Ra on her own. Honestly...I don’t see She-Ra being powerful enough to match with Wonder Woman. Comics aside, She-Ra isn’t anywhere near as strong, and even including the comics does nothing to help She-Ra’s speed. Both also have hax and hax resistances that basically make this hard to judge. The Lasso of Truth won’t be able to destroy She-Ra’s soul, but She-Ra doesn’t have anything to really match up to the Godforce and the insane stat boost it gives Wondy.
Then there’s the fact that She-Ra can very easily be turned back into the far more vulnerable Adora, either through enough raw force or by shattering the Sword of Protection. Meanwhile, Wonder Woman, while more vulnerable to piercing weapons...supposedly anyway, has plenty of ways of protecting herself from them. And I don’t think Swift Wind (the horse, not me) will really be utilized much in this fight, but even he won’t be helpful since Wonder Woman can just kill him (he doesn’t have nearly as much protection from things like attacks from a molecular level and probably the soul-destroying thing)
We also know that the She-Ra from the Netflix reboot won’t be considered either, but even if we gave her the benefit of the doubt, I don’t even think that would help her out much since Netflix She-Ra has pretty much nothing on Wonder Woman since at least 80’s She-Ra has the comics.
But let’s finally address that elephant in the room we set aside earlier: He-Man. Could we scale He-Man to She-Ra and could that actually help her? Both of those are tricky questions to answer, but I honestly think the answer is “no” to both. First of all, He-Man and She-Ra, while drawing their powers from the same source (Castle Greyskull), draw from them magically, and magic is...really kinda screwy to work with when it comes to power sources. But even assuming we can say they’re comparable (which is more reasonable), I still don’t think it can help. Again, excluding the comics, He-Man doesn’t really have anything nearly comparable to what Wonder Woman can do or the many people Wonder Woman can scale to
I know people are tired of seeing DC win all the time. It’s unfortunate when you see one franchise winning or losing constantly because it becomes boring (usually in the case of winning) or infuriating (more often in the case of losing). But this is just how DC’s characters are. People have said before that the difference between Marvel and DC is that Marvel’s characters are about Humans becoming Gods while DC’s are about Gods becoming Humans (though both have very notable examples of the obvious). And while that makes for an interesting debate in terms of who’s better as a character, this makes it VERY obvious who the more powerful characters usually are. Yes, She-Ra isn’t a Marvel character, but I only bring it up because people like seeing Marvel characters in Death Battle, but despise DC characters being brought in (unless it’s an actually close match or if they are obviously going to lose), and outside of one or two notable losses, DC has won almost every single fight in modern Death Battle (Season 3 onward). Unfortunately, this is something that’s unavoidable. These characters aren’t going to just magically go away or stop being used in Death Battle altogether because they’re popular and make for fun episodes to research and go over (as most franchises in Death Battle do).
Bottom Line, Wonder Woman’s incredibly fast, and, excluding a specific medium for She-Ra, has far more useful abilities and stats. It’ll be a Wonder if Adora can do anything to Diana. My vote goes to Wonder Woman

I am very tired from traveling for my Aunt’s birthday, which this fight will air on her birthday from the Rooster Teeth site, which is neat as she will be hype for this fight. So, I am not going to do a very long detailed review, but I truly had a blast making this thread. After Danny Vs. Jake, which was a good episode, I was surprised that She-Ra Vs. Wonder Woman was the mid-season finale for Death Battle. I am still excited as DBX and the fight itself are ones I will enjoy, I am still hyped because we finally got the classic She-Ra in a Death Battle. Been waiting for this since the Death Battle Cast after some time thinking on how perfect this fight was.
Despite amazing research and analysis for the Mid-Season finale fight, I am going neutral for the first time for a prediction blog. Unlike Mod Vs. TatsuMaki, Obi-Wan Vs. Kakashi, or even Gray Vs. Esdeath, I truly could not decide a reasonable verdict for me that was supportive and understandable. I even called out important factors in specific fights like Tatsu’s experience or Esdeath’s sadistic tactics as a general would help in their wins, but this one I feel is too close to call where my mind can not pick a clear winner. Even Malcolm Belmont, who always does great research and uses it as supporting experience, I still could not have a clear mindset. From what I know is that Wonder Woman does have the edge in experience and speed based since She-Ra has never shown good speed feats unless it was scaling to He-Man or the comics. She is fast and good in combat, but not as great as Diana. Not only that, but I feel that Wonder Woman’s sword that split atoms to me could be an instant win move. But, She-Ra makes up for her strength and abilities. This is where the tides might change for Adora since she is stronger, has abilities like her healing or danger sense to prevent getting killed from Diana, and her Sword of Protection can mainly give She-Ra more control over all the battlefield thanks to its transforming stats and equipment. Overall control of the battlefield is once again the main focus to me for this fight as it will decide the winner, and this is where I decided to go unsure.
The fight itself is to me in the end about how both princesses of justice use their cover their fighting to cover their weaknesses, and both cover them very well. I want She-Ra to win because of how I like the original show when I was a kid (Reboot is good, but ClownFishTv showed me how most of the people behind it are @$$holes in a big way. Shout to ClownFishTv, I truly love your professionalism and love to the classics), but Diana proved that not even Thor form Marvel can beat her. I can not wait for this fight, and I hope to the research, in the end, being fair and reasonable. Until then, my decision is clear in this verdict of being Unsure for the first time in a prediction blog. I hope you all enjoy this blog as well as my prediction, as it is always an honor to be apart of this season. With DBX about to take over, I will be gone for a while. I’ll try my best to keep this fairly simple for how much of a clusterfuck this match is. Decades of history and media on both sides with multiple canons. Which glamazon do I ultimately side with? For now, I’ll be sticking with the Princess of Power, merely to explain her likeliest win conditions and partly because I like her more, because even though it’s very possible for She-Ra to win, it is in no way an easily handed victory.
In terms of stats, She-Ra has strength and durability at her best while Diana keeps speed. While yes, the thing about infinite timelines came a biiit late probably, I’m going to include it for all intents and purposes as this is not a prediction of what Death Battle will do or include but rather what I think *should* happen. Plus even without He-Man’s specific feat of shattering the Starseed, She-Ra still scales to other feats involving shattering the Starseed that existed back in 2013.
Why I think having the strength and durability matters is that She-Ra’s sword is known as the “Sword of Protection” for a reason, and she works a lot more on having a solid defense on top of her intense strength. Because of this, she provides herself with intense healing capabilities that Wonder Woman does not have, ranged protection magic like shields and force-fields that can constantly cover her during a fight, and on top of that, more ranged abilities to keep Wonder Woman, who’s largely known to be a close quarters fighter, at bay.
This has basically already allowed Adora her ideal winning scenario, where she can basically “camp” by keeping Diana away from her with shields and force-fields while still being able to attack with ranged magical abilities.
Most of Diana’s main arguments for her winning come from having a speed advantage and the Lasso of Truth’s “many provided haxes”, but I feel some of this is a bit exaggerated. For one, it has Soul Manipulation, which He-Man has been shown to resist (and thus She-Ra likely should as well, since they draw from the same power source). Then there’s the Mind Manipulation, which even 80s cartoon He-Man has resisted on a higher level than Diana’s lasso of truth can provide. Then there’s finally its supposed ability to revert the abilities/forms of whoever it restrains, but after looking through it, I’ve decided this is most likely not an ability of the Lasso’s but rather that the Lasso of Truth’s Mind Manipulation is what made Martian Manhunter revert back to his true form, after Wonder Woman “compelled” him to via command.
So with that said and done, even the Lasso of Truth’s abilities aren’t a big help for Diana here. Where does that leave us then?
Well, you have She-Ra with more abilities as well as ways to keep Wonder Woman from abusing her main advantages, so in the end, I kind of have to side with her, though it will definitely not be an easily won battle, as the stat gaps are not too far apart. Regardless, Wonder Woman should be Ama-sobbing while She-Ra takes the victory.

To cut to the chase, this match has received a fair amount of debate. No matter what you use for He-Man stats, Wonder Woman takes speed by a fair margin. Blocking the pieces of the Shattered God is the obvious (outlier) feat, and is faster than anything in He-Man, with the series at best reaching the level of quick universe crossing with Zodac’s mental powers. You could argue for She-Ra getting higher based on Skeletor’s “length of the multiverse” claim, but that’s really vague, has no timeframe, and DC has even better speed feats than the Shattered God anyways (travel speed doesn’t scale to reactions).
Strength is where it gets more complicated. The He-Man comic feat of shattering the Starseed and surviving its energy exploding gets pretty memishly powerful when you consider that it’s supposed to be the residual energy of an infinite multiverse, and that was done by classic 80s He-Man, who She-Ra is more than comparable to. DB probably won’t include this feat due to timing, but this is a personal analysis of the match, not strictly adhering to what DB will likely do. Besides, He-Man has some other stuff with Skeletor being a threat to the multiverse and various “destroy all of existence statements”, so you could argue for it even without that feat (but the anti-feats though). Wondie is likely somewhere below that. You could argue for her scaling to that same level via the Anti-Monitor’s armour and Parallax and such, but that feels too inconsistent for me. DC heralds don’t have many direct feats on this level, and the ones they do have all have some qualifiers to them. Superman restoring an unknown number of possible futures in his clash with Jaxon is nice, but we don’t know how many he restored, it took two people, and the fact that “all but one” were destroyed in the first place suggests it was a finite number. There’s also the fact that Superman’s infamous multiverse punch required him to sundip in what was literally a galaxy’s worth of suns (albeit for a short time each), with him explicitly moving at “the fastest he had ever gone”. The fact that he needed such an absurd amp to do this in the first place would also suggest that his regular level doesn’t come close to this sort of power. Other than that, the only thing left that’s been presented is Wondie breaking the Godwave in a scepter, but there isn’t really any evidence that’s been shown to suggest that that would scale to the scepter’s durability, especially given the fact that the Godwave is more mystical and metaphysical rather than pure energy or a tangible thing. It’s also worth noting that the characters used to scale heralds to this level, such as the Spectre, do tend to job pretty hard, which makes scaling Wondie like this even more dubious. With all that said, She-Ra should take an edge in raw power.
So, at that point, She-Ra is too strong and Wondie is too fast, so it comes down to powers and abilities. To address the obvious one, Wondie’s atom slicing sword shouldn’t be able to bypass durability. Slicing between atoms and breaking atomic bonds still requires energy, so if the person she’s fighting has durability which far exceeds Wondie’s power output, she shouldn’t be able to cut through them, and there are likely a few instances of Wondie failing to cut through somebody with the sword. Beyond that, Wondie’s lasso provides most of her esoteric means of attack. She-Ra should be able to resist everything notable though. She’s broken through mind manipulation on the level of the lasso’s before, and her sharing a power source with He-Man means she should share his resistance to soul destruction. The likes of Skeletor are even capable of manipulating countless souls at once, beyond the lasso’s own capabilities. The most notable thing left would be the lasso’s ability to nullify and reverse enchantments. That’s really vague though, and seems to be more a subset of mind manipulation. Wondie has also never reversed an enchantment as powerful as Grayskull empowering She-Ra before, and even if it did work, it’s not like Adora is some pushover. She’s still more than capable of fighting, likely on a level that’s still too strong for Wondie, and the fact that she can regenerate her own sword means she should just be able to turn back into She-Ra anyways. It’s also worth noting that Wondie is an honourable fighter, and almost never uses these abilities in direct combat. She just doesn’t fight like this, though given how DB treats morals and character personalities (see Obi-Wan crushing organs), that’s a lesser point and not a main argument.
Beyond that, She-Ra has an edge in abilities based on what’s been presented. Her sword can automatically heal her, capable of regenerating wounds as fatal as near-total decapitation, which makes it even more difficult for Wondie to do any sort of damage to her. She has more defensive options with her bubble shield that, if she manages to use, make it unlikely Wondie will be able to even touch her, and Swift Wind’s time travel as opposed to merely being able to see past events is something Wondie just doesn’t match directly. These wouldn’t be game changers on their own, but given She-Ra is so much stronger, it really helps solidify Wondie being essentially unable to kill her, and Wondie’s own huge experience and skill edges don’t help her out much against such strength and defensive options.
Wondie will likely win the episode itself, but personally, it seems like She-Ra has too much of a power and defense edge for Diana to be able to take her second victory. Now stop using so many comic characters please.

Death Battle’ll be on hiatus until August 9 when someone goes head-to-head with Beerus, so in the interim, I guess you’ll all have to subsist on DBX, yeah?
